Delivered quickly. They slip on and hold well. I only wish they were a little thicker and/or more rigid, but they do the trick just fine.

One sock started fraying within a week or two of light use. Didn't notice much improvement in heel pain either. Not worth it for me.

Game changer! I started getting heel pain while going barefoot at my MMA gym. I wear these when I’m at the gym and it completely eliminated my heel pain. I was worried they would fly off while kicking and boxing but they stay on and barely move. Worth the 10 bucks. Also, they are slim enough to fit into any shoe I wear.
