Great taste for being no salt.

Great value, quality and price. Lower sodium content. Great to eat on their own or to add to any recipe that calls for beans. I think being organic has also improved the flavor.

Pressure cooked beans worked well
Beans are pressure cooked and they worked well for my lectin diet. I was pleased that they didn’t give me a stomach ache. So the pressure cooking does make a difference.
