Is it white or warm white ?

The ones I have are warm white.

I've had two of these blow in the last three weeks. They are only a few months old, and the pack states 15,000 hours of use, v poor. Anyone else?

We've had som go, and some of the standard philips bulbs too. But for the main they are OK. I think it has to do with how many times they are turned on.

Can these be used in dimmer switches?

THESE BULBS ARE NOT DIMMABLE. The listing is extremely misleading as it says that they are. You have to download a pdf file for the full specs which confirms they are not dimmable.

I have already answered this question once. See "Fixture Features: Non-Dimmable" in the technical details. So Philips says they are non, dimmable, almost all the answers below concur and one guy say they are. That's not much of a conflict!
