Happy lawn!
I put this out in March and layed it on heavy. I’m glad I did because our lawn is very happy and green it’s know June and I will be ordering again.

Works well, great green color
Someone recommended this to me. Had my lawn looking very green and lush. Have been recommending it to others now.

Thick, great color, long lasting
After a lot of rain then heat my Bermuda grass looked great throughout the summer with one application. I did supplement with one bag of Milorganite however it wasn’t really necessary. It to a while to get the microbes to do their job but it’s the best fertilizer for me.

Hmmm!
I waited to spread this fertilizer until our fall (PNW). It does not kill weeds, it's lawn food. So our grass is getting greener and thicker so that's all good. There are some granules that are still visible 2 weeks after I spread it so I assume that they're "slow release". We got this under the Amazon Vine program so I felt I'd give it a try. I'll probably stick more to the "weed and feed" fertilizers as we have a couple of vacant acres across the street from us which I call a weed farm. A constant fight there but I do like the greener grass and know that the "vitamins" in this fertilizer are a big help.

Great soil amendment
My zoysia definitely responded to this stuff. I add it twice a year and so far so good.

The Andersons Professional Ecofusion™ Plus 20-0-5 Biosolid Fertilizer with Humic Acid, Iron and Micronutrients 18 lb. Bag - Covers up to 5,000 sqft. I ordered this fertilizer on May 12th, arrived on May 30th, so slow delivery, shipped via UPS, left at our front gate, cardboard box it came in was torn open on all sides, tape holding the box closed was hanging off, am surprised that the plastic bag the fertilizer comes in was not ripped open, was intact and not leaking fertilizer. I order the Anderson Lean & Green in 2023 and sad to say that I could not see any difference in my manicured lawn, which should have popped in vibrant green because I rarely fertilize, reason being (1) the grass becomes dependent on the fertilizer and (2) the grass grows faster so requires more frequent mowing, which for me is hard because I have a preexisting medical condition - BUT I want to try the 20-0-5 formula to see if it makes a difference; and I am intrigued by the bio solid and humic acid, both of which I have never experimented with. I am hoping the quick and slow release nitrogen will make a difference because sad to say but my lawn looks terrible, it is nicely mowed, there are no weeds, but the color is lacking because I don’t fertilize more then once a year. But I am motivated, last quarter of 2023 is when I started putting effort into our garden and my vegetable garden, so I keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. I have in the past blasted my lawn with nitrogen two to three weeks before we hosted a party and each time the lawn has popped and came alive, but it has been difficult obtaining the different products after COVID, seems like the Big Box Stores are being selective on their stock or the manufacture has cut back on product - so heres hoping the 5% Iron will kick my lawn into gear and green up for me soon. The suggested MSRP for this product is pricy but Anderson’s is known for quality products, so I’m fine with pricing, however as of this date and time, it is now unavailable. I like the forward thinking of the Anderson Scientist and Engineers, they are trying to make sure Anderson’s is sustainable while providing a product that is made in the USA but yet hitting their price point. I am giving this fertilizer a 5 Star rating, will revise down in about one month after giving this product three to four weeks to jump start my lawn, at which time if no change, then will probably down grade to a 3.

The Andersons Professional Ecofusion - this feels and smells like quality fertilizer!
Biosolids are recycled as a fertilizer and result from byproducts of sewage treated in a wastewater treatment facility. This is likely what this product is and it will be a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer. MUtech slow-release nitrogen has been added which should increase the longevity of this fertilizer. It states that some of the micronutrients of this fertilizer are calcium, copper, manganese, and zinc. It also states that it contains 5% iron to help make your grass greener. It is shaped like different-sized beads that are white, black, and teal colored. It smells like fertilizer but not overly strong. I rototilled my 1000 sq foot backyard and spread the fertilizer using my battery-operated spreader. I then sprayed the yard with water and then seeded it with quality grass seed. I turned on the automatic sprinklers for 30 minutes. I did this when the outdoor temperature was 83 degrees. I use motion-activated sprinklers and two owls that make noise and shake when the birds try to eat the grass seed. We have birds, wild turkeys, ducks, and geese that walk the properties and woods. My owls and sprinklers don’t always bother the wildlife who think nothing of eating my grass, flowers, bushes, etc. I will update my review when the grass grows. It has been two days and so far I haven’t seen any growth but expect to within the next week.
