Does this come with two inserts? Mine onlycame with one??

Yes it does. It Velcro’s together so you end up with 3 inside compartments

Does it have washing instructions?

I really dont think you could wash it, or even wipe it down effectively. It seems to be made from some sort of stiffened non-woven fabric. I got mine to hold things like tissues, batteries, remote controls etc for my very elderly father.

How do you wash this?

I used baby wipes my baby was sick on it and that done the job But tbh it’s stayed proper clean so far

Is this product water resistant or waterproof?

Not sure as i haven't found out yet, but would regard it as ot, du to the high fabric content and even the best scotch guarding in the world wouldn't help it hold liquid, were it applied.
