Good for long training days
For me, these don't work as well as gels for running, but I really like them for long martial arts training days. They're easy on the stomach and provide a much needed boost to help me keep going for hours.

Love this flavor!
These are some of my favorite flavor Bloks. Great fuel for my long runs. I use them regularly along with some other fuels… great texture for gummies and works well with my stomach.

Good energy boost, easy to carry & access on long runs
These are VERY sour! No worrying about them sticking to your teeth because your mouth will water! They are enjoyable though, and with just a bit of caffeine, so they are nice to add variety to caloric intake on long runs. Will definitely buy again.
