As always, consult with your doctor and make sure this is the right product for you. I am not a doctor, this is just my opinion of this product based on how it meets my particular needs. I purchased this product to help with a leaky gut after I had major unexpected/emergency surgery and it seemed to have triggered many food allergies all of the sudden. Of course I didn't go to an allergist until a few months later after I had probably done some damage, but I'm on the road to recovery thanks to this product (and several others). It's not a miracle in a bottle, nor will it heal everything by itself. I believe that this product, along with the others that I am taking, will help me heal my leaky gut. It's a long process, but I'm feeling way better than I did when I started this "adventure." These are small round tablets. They can be a bit annoying since they have that really dry texture, so they tend to get stuck in the back of my throat even while taking with water. A second sip of water will get them down - no big deal. Amazon also did a great job solving my issue as well by sending me a replacement. When I received this product, the first thing I did was check my seal. I had never had any issues with broken seals until several months ago with my multivitamins (different product, different manufacturer). The seal on this bottle wasn't fully sealed - it looked like it was just an error during the bottling process... I think the cotton ball that gets put inside had gotten stuck on the rim, then when the seal was applied, it adhered to the cotton ball instead of the rim of the bottle, thus not sealing the product. Either way, it was not fully sealed, and it's not worth the risk when I'm consuming this product to take care of issues I already have. You never know, better to be safe than sorry. Just a random occurrence - my replacement bottle was fine and fully sealed.
