Elegant door handle with lock
I have been using it on all my bedroom doors for almost a year now. No issues reported so far. Looks elegant. Little pricey.

Poor quality
I purchased 3 such heavy duty door locks, delivered on 21st August 2026, the same was installed last week. Within a week one of them lost the upper coating and looking very shabby. I contacted Amazon customer care they just washed their hands by saying that the return or replacement window is closed and now we have to deal directly with the supplier. This kind of response from Amazon was not at all expected as for us Amazon is a seller. Now I raised the issue with Plantex through their web site and waiting for their response.

Nice product but closing issue
The locks look very nice and are very comfortable to open and close, but when the lock is put on the door there is some issue with the opening and closing. Like u have to close it a few times for the door to fully close. The lock doesn't just close properly if u close the door softly, u have to either shut it hard or use little force to close it.

Installation Screw Issue
Two sided screw are of bad quality. Needs better provision of scews for installation. Other features are excellent.
