Well, let me start by saying I didnt order these for working out! We have a 11 yr old lab with arthitis and jumping up and down off the couch and bed are proving to be more difficult as she gets older. We have wood floors in one area, and carpet in the other. We thought she needed a little "boost" to help her on/off of things and these being 1 inch thick was a big bonus! They do have some give but not a lot so she'll feel stable. So, they arrived just now, I hooked 2 together and then 2 more to make a square. I put it in front of the love seat and she immediately hopped up on it with very little problem! My husband looked at me and said "Worth EVERY penny!!!!"... .Now, I have a LOT more of these and will go place them around the bottom of our bed so she wont have to hit the hard floors when jumping down. These mat pieces are large, 24 inches, and they are textured which is nice for traction! They press together very nicely where you barely see the seam. I'm completely impressed. For our purpose these are PERFECT. And to be honest, they'd be GREAT for yoga, working out, kids area, etc. The shipping was so fast when we got the notification we had a package, I was shocked it was these!! I just ordered them 2 days ago!!! Thanks for a great product that fits our needs perfectly!

We bought this to put under our 7’ x 10’ new area rug in the living room. We’ve tried several types of expensive paddings that after a couple of years become very thin and no longer provide a soft surface. We had three 24 in.² pieces leftover to place in front of the kitchen sink. Great product, many uses.

I spent an enormous amount of my time researching these home gym mats (seriously days and days of research). I finally decided to go with the puzzle mat over the roll up mats. So many other mats are too thin. I ended up ordering these and another brand at same time so I could compare upon arrival and return the one I didn’t like. These beat out the others by a mile! They are a true 1 inch in thickness!! They lock together perfectly and I can reshape them to my desired size. They’re as easy to assemble as they are to take apart! I use only 8 tiles and have left over if I want to add on. I unfortunately do not have a hard floor so these are on my carpet. I was worried about this at first but satisfied now a month later to how well they’re holding up! No curling on edges, easy to wipe up sweat too! I’m completely satisfied more than I thought I’d be. Only negative is they do curl apart a bit as I do harsher workouts, but I do have it on top of my carpet. I think this wouldn’t happen if I had it on concrete, hardwood or tile flooring. I’m so happy I decided on BalanceFrom 1” puzzle exercise mat! Every time I look at them I it makes me wanna work out! I know they’re going to last a long time! If you’re still considering which to buy, think no more, these are amazing!!!

I stressed and toiled about what I would use to set up the above ground pool that I had purchased. After reading so many articles and watching so many videos on the various ways that I could set up a base for this 12 foot pool, I came across these Exercise Foam Mats from BalanceFrom. I do not have the option to dig down into the earth as so many of the videos and articles have suggested. Im working with a flat level backyard. My kids are out of school and basically hounding me about their boredom. They love to swim, I love to swim. A pool is the answer. I wasnt sure about how I would use these tiles, but after receiving them I knew that they would make an excellent underneath platform for my pool. I didnt have to do any digging! I laid these foam tiles out onto the ground, as is. My pool is round and so I set these tiles in a perfect square shape, extending appx. 4 feet around the edges of the pool. I set the pool up and filled it up. My pool has a pump that I was able to set on the side. I surrounded the tiles with some pea gravel. Voila! We have a nice swimming pool set up for which I dont even have to worry about ANYTHING poking up through the bottom of the pool! The base, made from these foam tiles, feels great underfoot and gives cushion. This is the answer. I love how they interlock like puzzle pieces. I am so impressed with my decision to use these tiles that I havent decided if I will even bother to take the pool down for the winter season. I would like very much to catch them on sale so that I can use them to pad an entire room for my kids. Very happy with my decision to purchase.

Great product. Expensive for what it is. Probably only cost a few dollars to make. Also creates a nice temperature barrier from the cold garage floor. Nice tight fit. We ordered more.

I needed an exercise mat that could be configured so that I could do the type of exercising to music that involves moving side to side and backwards and forward. I also wanted a mat that I could store when not in use. Most importantly, I needed a very thick, dense mat that would reduce impact on my knees and feet. This mat filled all check boxes. It assembles very quickly and easily and stores out of sight behind a loveseat in the box it came in. The thickness and density were all that I hoped for, and I have plenty of room to move to my exercise videos. I was concerned this might be the kind of material that never loses its chemical smell, but this mat only had a faint smell when first taken out of the box that dissipated in little time. I highly recommend this exercise mat.

Very good quality and great price. I purchased 2 sets that fill my 2 car garage. These are perfect for my home gym/dojo. The 1" thick padding offers great comfort for all my workout activities! Highly recommend

OMG… I ordered 1 inch thick and waited for 1 week then i received a 1 cm thick mats mixed from different brands and different shapes!!! I will return them for sure…

Totally different size and dimensions and area it’s only 4.5 meter square (48.4 square foot) and thickness is only 0.5 inches and size it’s 20 inches But it’s quality is perfect
