These are horrible. I used a tip and it was entirely black when I used it. They have no flavor. A bit harsh I am disappointed!

These herbal cigarettes are a blessing!!! Went to the doctor recently, my blood pressure was pretty high during the exam. I made the decision it was time to quit smoking but knew it would be hard because I've smoked for a long time. In the past I've tried patches, gum and vaping and always come back to the cigarettes. This time I tried the Honeyrose Specials and liked them very well but they are expensive (pity). Next I tried the Step Full Flavor, these taste very much like a real cigarette and provide the same tactile response (you puff, they smoke). I don't seem to be missing the nicotine, these do satisfy the ritual/reward part of smoking in a way that a vape pen or device cannot seem to do for me. Another advantage is that these are certainly less expensive and make them a good value.

Very strong, hard to inhale because they burn my lungs.

I've been a smoker for over 45 years. My parents were heavy smokers, so it was easy for me to pick up the habit in my teen years. I averaged a pack a day for most of my adult life, more when driving long distances. Now, I'm old and want to kick the habit, for several reasons. It's difficult. Medications bring out the worst "unalive" myself thoughts. Patches cause rashes. Lozenges gross me out, triggering the gag reflex. The gum, well, is the gum. It helps, but not really. Vaping triggers my asthma immediately, even though smoking tobacco doesn't. Hmmm... I've searched for a nicotine-free tobacco for years. Of course, no company will put it out on the market, because it will not "addict" users to keep buying them. Yes, non-nicotine tobacco exists, 'they' just won't put it up for sale, because they keep successfully lobbying the U.S. government to keep cigarettes addictive. The "Less than 1 mg of nicotine per cigarette" rule was proposed by the FDA under Biden and has yet to be imposed. The Trump administration may pass it, but not likely since the Tobacco lobby just donated $10 million to one of his PACs. Even if passed, the new rule would give tobacco industry 2 years to comply. That won't help me now. Enough politics. So, I tried these non-tobacco cigarettes. Cons: Taste - tastes more like a campfire than tobacco, to me Harsh - filter has three holes running thru it, very harsh draw Pros: Does fulfill the sensation of smoking a cigarette, for me Can smoke this while chewing nicotine gum, fulfilling my desire to for a cigarette Much cheaper than tobacco cigarettes Haven't had a tobacco cigarette in 3 days now, so there's that. :-) If you are struggling to quit smoking tobacco, these might help. Taste is subjective, so maybe you'll actually like these more than me. Just try biting down a bit on the filter to close off those 3 holes, to reduce the harshness, if it bothers you as much as it does me. Good luck. Yes, I ordered more. They're okay, just not 'great' in my opinion.

Lets face it. Most people who decided to smoke dont start out with herbal cigaretts. Its mostly folkes who want to kick the habit or are forDed to for other reasons. After smoking tobacco for 40 years I have to quit. Its hard and even harder when you dont want to. Any how, out of desparation and going crazy I thought I would give Step a try. That first draw about did me in. It was like a kid smoking his first cigarett the choke effect. Oh my it was so harsh. So I got me some of these disposable filters. They help with the strangulation, but the taste was still bad. As for the disposable filters the package said you could use them 6 times. I could only use them 2 times before they turned black and you couldnt get anything from a puff. So the key here is use filters because there is a lot of tar which is not a good thing.

Awful taste smell but great to get you to quit smoking.

These things helped me out through ALOT i was trying to quit nicotine with a cheap easy way to just still get that feeling without yk directly getting the nicotine so i decided to try these and they helped me more then i can really describe they tasted the same even left that weird sorta icky after feel (jus a quick water rinse worked perfect) so it helped me kinda get over these and then just completely kick the addiction all together i was in a real rough spot in life pretty young but i didnt wanna go out spending a crap ton for some therapy or anything so i just decided to smoke some cigs and get over it but then i ended up addicted and didnt know a cheap alternative to quit and these saved my life (lungs mainly but yk) in alot of ways i didnt even finish the last pack went through maybe 5 and on my 5th pack i was just kinda over it all.
