Using the Qubo Smart 360° 3MP Wi‑Fi Security Camera at home on Wi-Fi and overall experience has been good so far. Installation was very easy and setup through the mobile app took around 5–10 minutes on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The camera quality is very clear as it is 3MP (2K), and faces and movements are clearly visible even when zoomed. The 360° rotation and motion tracking help cover the full room with a single camera. Night vision works properly in complete darkness and is useful for night monitoring. The mobile app provides live view, motion alerts and two-way talk feature which is very helpful when you are not at home. It supports SD card as well as cloud recording and you can choose motion recording or continuous recording. Overall, it is an affordable and good quality Wi-Fi CCTV camera for home security. Only improvement needed is that it works only on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and requires a nearby Good budget home security camera with useful smart feature

QUBO IS A HORRIBLE SECURITY-CAMERA PRODUCT LINE NOW… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Since my earlier purchase 2 years ago, I bought two more Qubo Smart Cam360-3MP models alongwith a Smart Bullet model early last month. Their Cam360 cameras came DOA (dead-on-arrival): one failed to read our WiFi QR code, both failed to read the Samsung EVOPlus 128GB/256GB microSD chips, ALL of which work fine on the older CAM360's I had before, as well as the new Qubo Bullet camera I just bought. Here is how pathetic their new product line AND customer service have become over time: 1. After days of scheduing and repeat calls, i started getting a tech support call, which I received a total of 5 of during last 4 weeks, each at a progressive higher level few days apart (vs promised 24 hours apart). 2. EACH LAYER of tech support went through a video/audio call asking me to run their prescribed sequence of testing, lasting 20-30 minutes each. 3. EACH TESTER passed on the baton to the next level, without any recording of what they found on actually verified defects. 4. So I was asked to repeat the same test sequence in at least 4 separate episode of testing, oblivious of prior failed test results. At least 20-30 minutes each time! 5. After spending 3-weeks of these 4 sessions at painful cost of my time and attendance, I was finally told that their senior-most technician will call and resolve the issue by sending a serviceman to the site or sending a replacement of the two DOA units. 6. NONE OF WHICH seemed to be happening for a week, so I called back to check. We already had waited for a whole month since shipment to activate the cameras. 7. WOULD YOU BELIEVE, the 5th call finally came 2 days ago... and the technician still asked for testing the cameras ALL OVER AGAIN via video call as before! Apparently they still had no record at all of prior test-results, all of which had consistently failed. This lady still had no intention of replacing the defective units, nor sending a service technician to our site, as they claimed they do in such cases. Nor would they let me speak to their upper management to notify this terribly lousy customer/tech-support system they have in place. 8. I told them I'd throw the defective cameras out the window, and buy a different brand, if I have face whole another round of insulting test-after-test procedures, with no end in sight. 9. SO FOLKS, this company is now using customer's precious hours to their quality control testing, which is supposed to happen during the manufacture or right after as the next step, prior to packaging for shipment. SO PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PRODUCT LINE HAS BECOME A THIRD-RATE PRODUCT, which needs to be avoided if you don't want to face the fate we suffered. Not to mention the wasted cost of these devices.

This camera is excellent for indoor use. The video quality is clear, and the sound is crisp too. I love how easily you can rotate the camera in any direction while it's fixed in one place. Night vision works well, and the installation was super simple. Definitely a great value for money.

​I received this product on March 17th, and today is March 20th, so this review is based on just 4 days of usage. I bought it for ₹2,000. So far, I haven't faced any major issues, but there have been a few minor glitches. ​For context, I also own a Tapo C410 (bought on January 18th this year), which has given me absolutely zero trouble and is a highly recommended product. I only bought this camera because the Tapo one was unavailable. ​Below are some pros and cons based on my personal experience. Keep in mind that user experiences can vary—some might face different issues, while others might face none at all. ​Pros: 1. ​Easy setup: Connects to Wi-Fi very easily. 2. ​Good camera quality: Both picture and video quality are great. 3. ​Good motion detection: It detects motion very well. 4. ​Value for money: Got it at a decent price, though the brand occasionally offers discounts so you might be able to get it even cheaper. ​Cons: 1. ​Connection drops: Even after a complete setup, the device occasionally shows as 'disconnected' on its own. However, refreshing the app usually reconnects it easily. 2. ​False alarms: It sometimes detects false motion. A quick fix for this is going into the settings and keeping only 'Person Detection' turned ON. 3. ​Laggy performance: Despite having a strong Wi-Fi connection, it sometimes lags heavily and responds slowly. It is definitely not as fast when compared to the Tapo. 4. ​App issues with 360 movement: When panning the camera 360 degrees through the app, the movement is very laggy. Sometimes it gets stuck in one position, and it only goes back to normal after restarting the app.

Right from unboxing, the camera feels solid and well made, proudly Made in India by the Hero Group, which gave me extra confidence in its quality. Crystal Clear Video, Day or night, the footage is sharp and detailed. The night vision is surprisingly clear, even in complete darkness, faces and objects are easily visible. Two-Way Talk - The app is user-friendly, and the two-way audio works perfectly. I can talk to my family or even warn delivery agents without opening the door. Alexa & Google Assistant Integration: It works seamlessly with Alexa and OK Google. I just ask Alexa to show the camera feed, and it pops up instantly on my Echo Show. Cloud + SD Card Recording: I love the flexibility of being able to use cloud storage or insert an SD card. It records continuously and stores clips during motion detection too.

I have been using this camera for the last 4 months. Installation is quite easy and following the instruction one can configure it with ease. I have fixed it on the top of the main door of my apartment. A few points to be noted before deciding to purchase. It’s a budget camera hence advertised features will work up to a point. E.g. the motion tracking does work provided the subject remains within reasonable speed. Else it can’t track. The biggest problem with this camera is that, it inexplicably looses the WiFi link. After which one has to reset the camera, which if it’s fixed a little high up can be pain. Otherwise it’s a decent camera with notifications for motion tracking being sent to your phone and you can check out the image over the internet remotely. I may go for a better one after a year. Just adding a bit more. The ability to recognize human form is a little iffy. Sometimes it misses if the setting is left to motbtrack motion but just humans. So have reverted to record tracking any motion. Also, I had left the configuration to track mode. But that works only when the target is slow. Any fast movement and it fails to track. So, I've set the tracker off and have left it trained on a fixed area.

This wifi smart 360 camera is very good, it works very well and is also very lightweight and it has different features like 360 rotation, siren alert, new person detect and many more. This 360 camera device is very easy to set up and has a very good range and camera quality, which is very good for the price.

The Qubo smart cctv camera is working fine. Person detection and motion tracking works very well. The 360 degree rotation camera is very useful and easy to detect the person in all directions. Good for all round security of any place of installation. It has night vision capabilities which is very useful. Cloud storage is also provided. Data can be saved to cloud storage along with a memory card.
