Have had success with serrissa’s with this product, I am going to try it with some Chinese elms I need to repot. Very good stuff

Good soil

I just bought two bonsai trees from Home Depot. I read that you should change the soil to a soil specific for bonsai’s. Before changing the soil, they were losing quite a few leaves. Now that I’ve changed to the bonsai soil, I can see new growth on both trees. The bags are small. I bought 4 bags for two large bonsai’s and it wasn’t enough. I used the bags I bought in the bottom of the pots and used some of the dirt that I took out of the pots to fill it the rest of the way. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

The product comes well packaged, but be careful, the bag it's in is a bit delicate. It seems to have a good texture; I'm going to try it on my bonsai trees and I'll let you know. el producto viene bien empacado, tengan cuidado la bolsa donde viene empacado es algo delicada, se ve con buena textura voy a provarlo en mis bonsais y les cuento

As an enthusiast with 17 Bonsais I have used many different soil brands and this is the best. Water retention and drainage are perfect. The last 2 seedlings I planted have grown 1/2 again faster than the previous soils I have used. Great price as well!

It's got too many tiny rocks and not enough actual soil. Dries out super fast; doesn't retain water/ moisture. I repoted my bonsai and it died. Messy when reporting. Expensive for a small bag. It does go a long way if you just need tiny rocks and wood chips. I don't like this product for my bonsai.
