Really Good Charger
I travel extensively for work, and even though this device breaks my "travel light" rule, its one of the best investments I have made. Yes, it has the same number of power outlets that other, much smaller chargers have, but its Type C outlet is what has me so enthusiastic. Not because it has one, but because it does something that no other charger I have tried is able to do-- it charges my Samsung tablet quickly, and keeps it charged while it is in use. Even the charger that came with the tablet cant do that. As for the rest of the charging ports, they work equally well. My only criticism is that the ports are a bit close together, making it a bit difficult to fit the retractable cables I always use.

A solid product from Anker
The multi plug is definitely a must have for many nowadays as almost all tech gadgets that we use nowadays have a cable which supports charging through a USB A type or C type cable instead of a Wall plug. Having this product with you eliminates lots of individual Wall-Plugs-to-USB output or avoids having them plugged in an extension cord. The best part is that Anker has managed to eliminate most of the problems(such as High/Low output voltage, temperature etc) through their technology which will save your device from mishaps with power/temperature fluctuations. Product is also sturdy and scratch resistant as expected as of high premium we're paying for. Also charges much faster than normal chargers. My iPhone 8 Plus takes around 70-80 minutes from 15% to 95% battery.

Great Multiport Travel Charger
This product is great for traveling and being able to charge all your devices at once. I typically put this into my carry bag so I can use it while in the airport. Having the ability to charge both the iPad Pro, phones, and Airpods is wonderful. The cord has a great velcro strap to keep things neat and orderly. It's the second one I own - keep on at the house and one in my bag.

Works with MacBook 12" or MacBook Pro 13"
I really love this. It works as expected and the light on it is a nice addition. It charges a Macbook 12 or a MacBook Pro 13" just fine, even when MacBook Pro is running power intensive apps. I read its USB-C power rate is not 60 watts as original MacBook Pro 13 charger, however, I can not tell the difference between Anker's and Apple's. I have it over my desk --to charge all my stuff-- and it does not get too hot to stain the wood. BTW I also have the old version (without the led light) since a year (5 stars) and I just bought the smaller USB-C plus another USB for travel.

Worth it for phones plus it looks nice
It’s good, works like you expect it to do charges fairly fast don’t think to charge laptops on this it would be slow get the 100 w version if you want something for everything.

Damaged my MacBook
I do not know if this is the Anker policy or just a single incident, but this is what happened to me. I bought this product and plugged my 2016 MacBook Pro into it. The next morning I checked it and noticed that it did not charge my notebook, so I took it to work and found that my Apple charger would not charge it. Tried it on another charger and it would not charge. So I took it to the genius bar at the Apple Store and after they opened it up and worked on it for about an hour they told me it appears that the power negotiation chip was fried. I sent email to Anker and they told me “no problem” send us the adapter and once we verify our adapter was defective we will reimburse you for the cost to fix your MacBook. They even paid for shipping with a non-trackable shipment method. After a few weeks I sent them email and they said the adapter was lost and they would not pay for the damages since they were unable to validate it had a problem. I eventually got a “token” gift certificate to Amazon; no where close to the $503 repair cost. So If you have an adapter that destroyed your MacBook, burnt down you house, electrocuted your child I would think twice before I sent it to them. EDIT: After Anker read this they contacted me, confirmed that my adapter was lost. They then paid for the damage to my MacBook Pro. I don't think they were real happy with the way the original person "negotiated" with me. So; I am happy now and consider it resolved.

Only Charging Brand I Trust
Anker is my go-to brand for charging tech. I’ve never had a problem with my portable batteries, power cords, or this hub. Bought this for a vacation to charge all my family’s devices instead of plugging the USB cords into the supplied ones in the hotel walls. Quick and safe charging. Can’t go wrong with Anker!

Plenty of power, but best used at home
The charger has a solid build, and the supplied 6 foot cord is great for use as a bedside charger. The ability of the USB-C port to supply 30W makes it possible to charge a MacBook Pro overnight, or quickly charge an iPad Pro, and the other USB ports support fast charging as well. However, the charger is quite heavy and requires an external cord, so I wouldn’t consider using it for travel. A combination of USB-C charger and small USB charger, like the Anker cube-shaped dual USB charger, is both lighter and more flexible.
