This is the best lap table I found for book reading. It is fully adjustable unlike foam book holders. It holds it's shape but can be repositioned in a flash. The book surface can be used to write on. The books or e-readers are held securely. I didn't find it too warm to have in my lap which is important in this Florida heat and humidy. Kudos for the maker because it's well designed and sturdily made. Thank you!

This lap book stand is fantastic. Better than expected. I like to read, especially my study Bible which is big and on the heavy side. The beanbag keeps it stable and I can angle it for easier reading.

I purchased this from a different manufacture and wasn’t like it because of the smell I got this one to see if it was better. It was better in more ways than I realized. It’s more full and there fire sits better. The smell was still there but much lighter. Apparently that’s normal ? But I didn’t like it. Made me feel like I was inhaling chemicals. It did go away though. It can hold a 300 page book easily. 400 you can make it work by keeping the prongs angled. More than that and it’s going to be too thick until you read a few chapters and can more evenly distribute the pages. And even that only buys you a little more room. So far I haven’t found any that’s too different than this one in that regards, but would love one that could EASILY hold a 4-500 page book, if not more.
