Love this knife! It's perfect for cutting things in pans that have Teflon or other coatings. Doesn't scratch the coatings at all and is sharp.

This seems to be good knife for being made of plastic. It's strong enough that it doesn't flex and the ergonomics are great. I don't know how long it will hold up, but with decent care, it should give plenty of service for the intended purpose. You aren't going to carve your turkey or slice a prime rib with it but that's not its purpose. It cuts casseroles and desserts very nicely while protecting the non-stick surface.

I just received this item and have yet to use it. My criticism is the packaging. From the photo, I thought this knife came with a sheath but it is simply a photo of the knife and the box; very misleading. Also, the box is too small and the knife is very snug in the box, making it a challenge to remove without destroying the box. As I plan to use this only for outdoor get togethers, I want to store the knife in the box.

I bought this because my metal knives were scratching my pans and glassware. This cuts perfectly through my cornbread or brownies without scratching my pans!

I bought these so my grand daughter could help me in the kitchen. So far they are really good - i can safely supervise her and teach at the same time. She was so happy to go to the next level. The knife is sharp enough for her to cut vegetables , but not herself!!

I do not recommend these types of knives. thought I would like to use them, but feel they are more of a danger than a steel knife blade. My nylon blade had an imperfection so my concern would also be that I’m getting nylon in my food. It is a very sharp blade though.

The point will snap off. Careful what you cut. Didn’t come with a protector cover.

Great for nonstick bakeware. Works great.

I was sceptical about a plastic knife but was amazed at how well it cuts. I used it for the first time today for cutting a heated pitta bread into 4 - cut so easily better than my sharp knife. Very happy with it.

Super Kuchenmesser. War erst skeptisch aber…besser geht nicht!!! Kein eingeschnittenes Blech oder Silikon Matte mehr!!! Bin begeistert!

I wasn't expecting this to be very good but it cut a thick steak easily and didn't scratch the metal tray it was on which is exactly what I wanted, so I'm happy!
