Delta Modern 14 Series Round Rain Shower System Faucet Set, Rainfall Chrome Shower Head and Handle Set, Valve Trim Kit, 10 Inch, Chrome 342702

I spent several days 90% mentally consumed by finding the right set. Multiple trips to Lowe’s & Home Depot & so much surfing the internet; couldn’t decide. When it came down to the wire I pulled the trigger on this set. Options were rather limited for what I was looking for. This was the best of all options. We were restricted from a lot of products because of living in California & our water requirements. I wanted to get an American company, so Delta was a good choice. I wanted an item that was silver in color, brushed nickel was either more expensive or just not available, so chrome it was for us. I wanted to get a fixture kit that had the duel knobs that allowed us to have the separate hose for ease with kids.Overall pleased. It looks & feels like a luxury set up. Pleased to have been able to get it for just over $300 when so many other American options went up to $500-$600. We did need to make a couple calls to Delta & they were really easy to work with. I would get it again.

This shower system worked perfectly for me—sleek, modern, and great quality. I got the chrome finish, and it’s timeless and elegant. Just a heads-up: this is the trim kit only, so you’ll need to purchase Delta’s universal mixing valve separately. Once installed, it completely elevates the bathroom look and feel.I used a youtube review to install everything as instructions were a little confusing. Just look up "Delta Round Shower Head Installation 342802".Super happy with this purchase.

Box came with cartridge diverter +Diverter sleeve missing and apparently happened to many people. What’s more important to know is that missing diverter sleeve reference is RP84933 has been replaced by Brizo RP90252 which are both not available on Delta website and very difficult to find. It’s easy to understand how people are ordering full sets to pick the missing parts and returning the boxes with that part out which nobody will control. My advice is to stay away from used boxes. Mine was in perfect everything unused but just that part missing. My second advice is to stay away from Delta and in particular open boxes because support is close to inexistent.

I made the mistake of going for style without reading about the function of water pressure on this model. I have thick hair and there is no way either the shower head or hand-held are going to be brisk enough to get my hair wet to the roots (and to remove shampoo). Sadly, it's in place now so I'm looking for alternative heads that will allow for better pressure.ALSO, the set screw for the small handle does not fit to the handle part so the handle falls off. I'm now in search of a replacement set screw with the same threads. Arghhh! Pain in the neck and a damper to the joy of my new shower.

Love this combo! Rain shower has nice pressure. The handheld is a perfect addition. Very sleek and modern looking.

Great product. I bought this one and another that was 'much' more expensive. Not only do I like this design better, but it was also half the price of the major brand-name item. The pressure is great, the styling is great, and the cleanup is easy. If you are renovating your shower, put a fixture inside the glass that you want people to see.

Just like standing in the rain! Very easy to operate. Looks fantastic!!!BUT rust colored water comes out of the hand held unit as soon as you turn it on for a few seconds..Plummer says probably the wrong type of fitting!😔
