Good stuff
Both my husband and I are taking this and noticed an increase in clarity and energy. I was advised to take several hours after taking my thyroid medication so it wouldn't interfere with that. It contains 5 mg BioPerine (black pepper extract). BioPerine is added to increase absorption of some compounds, but it can also affect the absorption/metabolism of medications. Since I'm taking levothyroxine, I have to take it later. Good stuff.

No puedo dar total certeza de que fue esto lo que me funcionรณ pero despuรฉs de empezar a tomarlo el juego cambiรณ completamente .. estuve varios meses en busca de embarazo y luego de tomar este suplemento lo logrรฉ .. tal vez no fue solo esto pero yo le tengo fe a que si funcionรณ y que es muy bueno

This is strong enough that 1 pill make you feel energized. Take it earlier in the day or it make keep you awake at night. This will definitely give you the boost to power you through whatever activity you're using it for. Bonus that the bottle contains 200 pills, which is more than most other brands.

Very effective with providing the extra energy needed during a long day. My 2nd purchase.

Avoid. Not effective at all and very weak.
No effect at all. I previously used 5 grams of Black Maca Root powder and the powder worked way better than this weak extract. Thereโs no way this equals 37.5 grams. Avoid!
