The oroduct had gone bad l have pictires. I need a refund

This product is considered fruit in my country, and it’s also a healthy fruit, with a lot of benefits. It’s sweet and nice taste. I’ll buy it again.

Product arrived bruised with mould on it, they advised me to put it in a box with ripe fruit, I know how to ripen fruit, I don't think it helps bruised mouldy fruit. They don't package it properly. I ignored some other reviews because ripe soursop is dark and it is heavy for it size, when people pay for a kg they get a small soursop, I paid £53 and got an inedible bruised and mouldy fruit

The wasn’t matured therefore as it was ripening it was rotting at the same time. The fruits which I bought it at £56 pounds rotted I couldn’t get even a slice of it.

Hello we bought soursop which been delivered not ready and gone very hard now which is not suitable for eaten or drinking The fruit gone very dark black and supposed to be Green and soft. I will attached pictures and please we request full refund asap.

The Soursop was not grown enough. After a few days, it turned black, so I was unable to use it.

The soursop was rotten on the inside and it was a complete waste of money. I couldn’t return it being a fruit and is rotten already.
