Needed a low sodium soy sauce. This has a very low sodium content compared to others. Taste is fantastic-I was very surprised, did not expect the excellent flavor. Quantity for the price is very good. I have already ordered another bottle to have on hand. Shipping is awesome, by this I mean it was shipped in a styrofoam container-in a cardboard box. The bottle (glass) had a tamper-proof seal. No leakage. Great packaging! Overall I was very impressed with the product. If you are on a renal diet, you might look at this one.

This a tasty product. I needed both a “light” and “dark” soy for a recipe; chose this same brand for both. I needed it in a hurry, and chose to have it delivered by Amazon. Now I have had food type products delivered previously from Amazon completely smashed and unusable. Both of these sauces came packed in their own styrofoam “hyperbolic” chamber of sorts. You could rifle this out of a 5th floor apartment window and it would survive the fall. Maybe. Pricey, but good product.

My mouth was shocked when the soy sauce hit my tongue, it was like pouring salt directly onto my tongue despite it is "Light Soy Sauce!" And the sodium level is 311 mg, supposedly half of regular soy sauce. I had to spit it out!!
