Don’t buy this, it doesn’t work. I mean it DOES NOT WORK..! What a waste of money. And even though I’m prime i can’t return it because it’s considered a food product, which it is not. It’s more supposedly a medication. I bought them because of the 30 MG’s of melatonin that i thought would give me a better night’s sleep. But i might as well use gummy bears candy. If you want something that works, ( believe it or not ) Amazon basics work ( for me anyway ) and their only 5 MG’s. But at least they work. And plus they’re cheaper. If you have ears to hear then listen to me.!
