Bought this because I have been struggling with oily hair at the top and extremely dry hair at the bottom. I have also had a lot of hair loss due to menopause and my hair has been in generally bad condition. I have my hair braided a lot and my hairdresser said I needed a break, because my was in bad condition. It's my first time using this and in a month it's already made an amazing difference for me! The dryness is So much better and it feels in all round better condition. And I can finally have my braids back 😆 Definitely worth a shot!

This shampoo and conditioner is very good and I would recommend this if you have problems with thinning hair

Yea nice product with light fragrance. Levels hair nicely conditioned and Smells ok too.

So far this shampoo, after 5 wash's, appears to do what is says on the advertising 'bumf' we shall see how it progresses. However, I am pleased with the results. If the shampoo and conditioner continues to improve my hair status I shall continue to purchase them.

I have extensions in and it leaves my hair pretty dry.

Don’t bother, well unless you want your hair full of static I used it dried my hair brushed it and it looked like I had been electrocuted, all 3 of my daughters have used it and it’s done exactly the same to them too, doesn’t really have a smell either which was also disappointing, the conditioner is like water not a thick creamy conditioner like they usually are. Won’t be purchasing again and it’s going straight in the bin

I bought this set on December 2025, since then I use it regularly. I believe that I never wrote a review and, the more I use it, the more I get convinced that it works for me. My hair looks and feels great, the only thing I wish is to have it a tiny bit more silky, but! Remember that this is a shampoo for cleaning the hair and scalp, it is a tiny bit strong, but trust me that is a tiny bit! My hair still looks great 💙, ok, this is what I planing to do: ether I order a moisturizer shampoo or a hair mask. Again, the shampoo does not leave the hair dry, it leaves the hair clean.

The reasons began to emerge more and more as I unraveled the negative reactions other brands were responsible for. With scientific evidence and personal experience I made the decision to stop buying products that contained ingredients that were harmful to mine and my daughter’s health. . The phosphate was actually causing her sensitive skin to break out (acne) and both of our hair to lack growth and actually prevent new growth (loss of hair). Perfumes were also causing an allergic reaction. This is just brushing the surface of what’s wrong with the more “popular” less expensive products most people buy. Having oily, dry or flakey hair/scalp is a reaction to depleting natural oils you are meant to have in your body (scalp and hair). As well as a buildup of waxes and crazy unnatural ingredients from the cheaper popular products. This combo leaves out ALL of the toxic ingredients that you don’t want!! After 3-uses I’ve seen and felt a major improvement. I’ve grown back baby hair, creating much fuller and thicker hair. My hair is stronger and more flexible than ever before. My hair is dyed and over treated but now it’s not even noticeable. The very first time my daughter used it she was so happy with her hair and her skin started to clear up that evening. Without this small change in our routine we would have lived on in discomfort and frustration.

So far so good! Bottles are super easy to dispense, even when you're in the shower. Smell is nice, not strong, not wonderful, not bad, just nice. I've been using for about a month now and do think my hair is starting to feel a bit healthier, might even be growing a little!

Listen up. This is the only review you'll ever need about this shampoo/conditioner. I'm a former hairdresser and I've used practically every brand out there. This is the best shampoo and conditioner for my hair type. I have soft and fragile European type hair and I struggle with moisture and strength. I have oily scalp but dry ends. My hair is fine (diameter is small) but thick (lots of it). I struggled with dry hair because I frequently washed it. The sulfates were bad for my fragile hair type and I often ended up with dry end and split ends. Yes, I use oils, but my hair being so fine, it sits on it heavy and makes my hair look greasy (even small amounts). It took a while to grow it long as well because the ends ended up so brittle and dried out. I can't do short hair because its so thick, its a massive "poof". Longer hair just looks nicer with thick hair. I never color it or perm or use heat, but dry ends always happened. I started to use this and the added castor oil, other oils and rosemary helped lock in the moisture I needed so badly (also living in a dry climate). Yes, some reviews day it doesn't clean well. It does, they're just not use to the oil left over. Some people don't like it, but I needed it. My ends are soft and not crunchy. It's the first shampoo/conditioner to leave my hair super soft and shiney. Then an added bonus, my hair grew long, like crazy long out of nowhere- thanks biotin and rosemary! In one month I noticed a lot of hair length. So, maybe it's not everyone's product, but if you're like me, fragile, soft hair with oily roots ans dry, brittle ends, and you want longer hair, definitely try this product! Another tip, pure argan oil for the ends your friend.

I have a love hate relationship with this product. The smell is the hate part. It is very strong and I do not enjoy the smell however others might enjoy it...the best way to describe it is minty? But I use a deep conditioner with a good scent and it takes this smell away I struggle with dry scalp and nothing helps. This definitely helped me a bit. But the main reason we bought this is because my daughter came home from school with lice. We treated her and the home but it kept coming back. It was the final straw when I found one in my own hair. From there, we looked into different stuff. I spent HUNDREDS of dollars trying to rid this pest and nothing helped. I ordered this hoping it would help us after one more box treatment and only using this I haven't seen any lice for months. Finally! If you have grade school children I would get this just to make sure they do not bring home lice!
