Sometimes I’ll prompt savasana with a card, or at the beginning of class to create intention. Useful tool, good variety of thought. Simple thoughts. If you’re a seasoned meditator these aren’t exactly necessary, but I’m sure will be fantastic for someone new to meditation wanting some prompts! Also can be used for cozy conversation with friends!

These are great to use with clients who need a bit of a nudge to get them talking. The cards ask thought-provoking questions in a non-threatening way. My wife and I have even used them amongst ourselves to talk about life-related thoughts. Overall, just a nice, easy way to encourage conversation and warm people up to talking about therapy-related topics. You can use these with groups or individuals.

Great conversation starters and good Mindfulness tools for clinical work. These cards make one think deeply and in different ways than usual.

Absolutely recommend!! I work in mental health as a case manager, these cards are great for new clients, old clients young, clients, older clients, any clients. They are great questions and fill the void and that uncomfortable silence, not the good uncomfortable that awkward one. Yeah.

I bought these for some quick writing prompts for my students and I just love the questions. I really want to help cultivate these skills (gratitude, insight, compassion, and the 4th one escapes me, but it's good too!) The card deck comes with a little info about how to use them, but there is so much flexibility in how to use them, which is great. I think these are great for middle and high school students as well as adults!

I’ve used this for staff meetings and is super helpful to get people to think about other topics and ideas than just work agenda. It can be a great icebreaker if you need conversation to flow and want to see how people think.

I was excited to use these with some of the online groups and meetings that I run. The questions are ok. Honestly, I got them because they were cheaper than the ones I really wanted. I wound up buying the original cards I wanted. They're nice quality and I'm sure they'll serve many people. If this is your first time looking at or using these kinds of cards, they might be perfect for you. Good luck!

I bought this deck as a team builder for my staff. At first they were hesitant. In the end it’s helped us get to know each other.

These questions are far to simple to even engage serious discussion with an adult. How ever. My daughter really liked them, she is 10. So there is some merit to them.

These questions are great either for a discussion group, a class or simply a gathering of friends...the question are down to earth yet incite going within to find the correct answer. I'm very pleased with this purchase!
