Water pressure regulator - What's the pressure?????? Replaced by seller
Seller provided a replacement. Water pressure regulator - only used a few times. Can't tell if it is working by the gauge, it is filled with water and pressure indicator doesn't move. Label on knob instructs user to turn screw for water pressure setting. What screw? :( Turning the knob appears to control pressure, but can't get a pressure reading.

Doesn’t stand the test of more then a year
I have replaced this item 3 years in a row! I insulate it well during the winter ( I live in SC so not very cold) and it works all summer fall and winter then a few months into spring it breaks and water everywhere!! 3 years in a row. It’s already plumbed for this size regulator so I have continued to buy it hoping it’s a glitch but this is the last time. It’s not a glitch there is an issue with it. Also the new twist top directions that cost several dollars more is not a deal as you still have to adjust with a screw driver not by hand so a total rip off! Very disappointed in this item.

Strongly Recommend
This is an extremely well‑built regulator made out of solid brass. The adjusting knob makes it easy to set and fine‑tune the pressure. It’s been extremely reliable — I set mine at 50 psi, and as I traveled to different RV parks with varying water pressures, it held that 50 psi perfectly without needing any readjustment. No matter what the incoming pressure was, the regulator kept things steady. Overall, it’s a durable, dependable piece of equipment that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
