How does this do with anything smaller then a jumbo?

It doesn't. I had some medium/large and it destroyed them. Turned some into mush and I just tossed this worthless tool.

I lost the cover for the tip of my peeler? Anyone know where I can purchase more? This tool works fantastic!

I would say reach directly to manufacturer .... have lost one of mine as well, another idea might be - if you have a friend w/ a fish tank and oxygenator, a small piece of the clear tubing/hose might be a great solution - haven’t tried yet due to travel schedule.

Does it devine small partially Devained shrimp?

Not well, but it’s truly awesome on fresh (and medium or larger) shrimp.

Can I keep the head attached after I peeled my shrimps?

As long as you carefully peel it down the back like your supposed to, and then peel the rest of the shell away from the head it should stay on.
