UPDATE: I reached out to the vendor and customer support was very quick and helpful. They totally made it up by sending a new item and another extra pocket frother as well. Very polite, very professional, quick in response. They even asked me what color I want it replaced with. Happy with the support, changed the star rating. Frother seemed well made, pleasant to hold in hand, nice stand holder with silicone tips. Pretty powerful and pleasant to hold in hand, button is conveniently located on top. Worked just fine until stopped. I did not use it often and now in month three it just stopped working. I tried replacing batteries but no help, something stopped inside. Sad that it didn’t last

Update 12.25.2024 - Zulay's customer service is excellent. I reached out to the support email that is on the handle of the product and explained that ours broke. They asked me to check the tabs to make sure they weren't bent and try new batteries. It was still broken. They sent us a brand new one along with a mini one, free of charge! This company stands behind its product with hassle-free customer support. Original: I absolutely loved this product—it was fantastic while it worked! Unfortunately, it stopped functioning after just six months. On the bright side, the company includes their support team's email right on the handle, making it easy to get in touch. I've reached out to them for assistance and will update this review once I hear back, so others can know if their customer service is as good as their initial product experience.

This product works great and I love the holder for it. Looks nice even if you leave it on the counter. I’m so glad I purchased this and I use it often. It is very easy to use and does its job, you know you want this!

Worked for a little and then stopped. We tried replacing the batteries to see if that was it but still wouldn’t work.

My iced coffee needs it, and on cold days, my milk chocolate does too.

Purchased in Oct. 2024. Worked well at first, but after a couple of months, it was hit or miss as to whether the button would actually turn on the frother. After about 6 months, the frother completely broke off, and it is now useless. **UPDATE** I upgraded my 1 star to 4 stars because of their excellent customer service. The company contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. Even after telling them that I didn't need either, and that I would still shop their store for other kitchen gadgets that I may want to purchase in the future, they insisted on giving me a refund. Kudos to you, Zulay!

This little gaget works great for mixing any powdered drink or frothing. It is rechargeable and works very well.
