The base is solid as nice lamp for the money
The base is nice and heavy. It isnt going to be easily knocked over. Its easy to put together and the dimmer works exactly as you'd expect.

Lampshade not good
The lampstand is sturdy and the dimmable feature for the light is good. However the lampshade comes rolled up and I had to roll it on amd there are so many dents in the lamp shade itself.
