Convenient thing
Great knife. Good for home stuff probably. 8/10 for bulk kitchen work due to handle comfort. Steel is great. Would recommend for budget intro to Japanese knife.

An absolute beauty... Original product made in Japan. Very asthetic in design and very sharp. Value for money and it is a well made product good balance and light. 100% must have.

The knife is very sharp and easy to handle. Its weight is ideal and comfortable for me. It can cut every kind of ingredients.

Had this knife for a few years, knife is OK, a bit expensive. Handle is a bit thin, I wear large gloves. Steel hardness is a bit soft, would need sharpening every month. I used it constantly 5 days a week in kitchen work.
