Effective and Comfortable
Fits comfortably around your waist and stays cold for a long time. Very helpful in easing back pain and not overly cold or heavy. Put in freezer and it's ready to use in a short time. Cloth covering is comfortable.

Comfy and works well
I used this after a back procedure. I bought two other ice packs to switch out. The ice pack that cones with it doesn't last very long vut it is cold. The pack is comfortable and I could put it right where I wanted. I wear size 36 and this had plenty of strap left. I didn't pay attention to description but would guess above 42 might have fitmet issues. This pack really helped me post procedure. I used it for over a month every day and still has plenty of life

Helpful tool for sciatica etc.
I really like this pack. I keep it in the freezer part of my office refrigerator. I pull it out when I am having some soreness in my lower back or butt. It doesn’t take long to freeze but doesn’t stay frozen extremely long but that makes it more mobile in my opinion. IT DOES NOT SWEAT. You won’t have a wet spot. Have it ready for the end of the day, wrap it around your lower back and use it in the ride home. Very comfortable. I really like this thing. It is also a great price. It’s a comfy neoprene that velcros on. Fits comfortably under your shirt. Can go very small to fairly large person too. I’m 6’2” 200 lbs. This helps with pain relief.

Fits well, comfortable & lasts a long time
This ice pack has been so helpful for me. It really targets my lower back and the sleeve and ice pack are just a great fit. I use it after exercise as have lower back issues but could probably adapt it for other locations. I like the design for lower back. These are gel packs so don't stay cold forever but it seems to outlast other ones. It's soft flexible and well made. Easily exceeds the recommended 2O minutes of cold on injuries, tho at a diminishing degree the longer out.l, which is a good thing.

Worth it!
This is a life saver. No more slipping ice packs. Stays in place. Cool pack stays cool for almost 30 minutes

Fit good
So I like the design and the fit position but the ice backs melts quickly like 20 min. I suggest replacing with a gel back to get longer relief.
