This does NOT taste like ube. Its taste fruity like pomegranate or dark raspberry but not ube. It ruined my coffee and I can’t stand the taste of it. This is so disappointing! I should have read the reviews before I bought it. The smell is chemical and floral which ube is not. The consistency is runny and a bit gritty. The flavor is nothing like ube at all. It feels like they took a syrup that wasn’t selling and slapped an ube label on it. Like a mix of blueberry and violet. This stuff is disgusting and going straight in the garbage. I do not recommend this product at all.

I'm not going to completely give away my secret use for this syrup. But I will say it turns one ordinary white cocktail into an amazingly refreshing cocktail. 😉🍹

Zero stars if I could. Whoever "formulated" this disgusting artificial crap they try to sell you as ube syrup has never tasted ube. This thing has a fake floral scent and taste like artificial berries flavor. Nothing like real ube flavor which is earthy and nutty, like if you blended coconut, vanilla and macadamia nuts. I was so excited to try this in my coffee. I ended up dumping the whole thing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Outstanding ube flavor when mixed with milk. Highly recommend! Glass bottle is a bonus.

so the item was fine, a bit sticky on the outside, but well packed. however I just really don’t like the flavor. it tasted floral and like artificial cinnamon. no ube or artificial ube flavor in here whatsoever. Idk what i was expecting. i didn’t like monin’s mango either(tasted like a mango version of those squeeze cups) i really need to stop getting non-american flavored syrup from them, but i didn’t expect it to be so off. They sell ube flavored tea powder at walmart so i expected the artificial ube taste. oh well. i literally suspect they’re trying to offload some purple syrup that didn’t sell here. reminds me of their violet syrup a little.

I think I accidentally bought this product confusing it with one with better reviews. Otherwise, I would’ve trusted the existing reviews and avoided this at all costs. Not only is it NOT ube flavor, it is DISGUSTING. Smells rancid too.

Very tasty and goes well with Oat Milk for nice thick froth!

I use Monin syrups for regular drinks and they’re great. This, however; is not. It should be a crime to attach “ube” to this liquid/syrup. It’s nowhere near the taste of real or even imitation/fake ube. It’s not offensive, but ube it most definitely is not. I regret getting my hopes up. I really ought to have known better. Just look at the ingredients list. I did but still said what the heck. I’m a bit sad. And a lot disappointed.
