These arrived overnight and are exactly what I needed. I especially love the self sealing envelopes, which I do not normally spring for because they are an additional cost. I don know the exact amount, but I’m fairly confident these forms are at least $10 more when purchased in an office supply store…and that doesn’t include the hour I inevitably lose searching the store shelves to find them. Never again! Thank you, Amazon!

Needed a few more 1099MISC forms and by ordering these, I saved a bit of money from having to purchase 25.Worked very well and came very quickly. Will order mine from this vendor next year!

Running a small business partnership on a shoestring means you try to find quality at reasonable prices. These forms fill that bill. While there are more 1099 forms here than needed the fact the required 1096 forms are included was a critical factor. The forms all worked perfectly in my inkjet printer and fit left over envelopes from previous years. Just what I needed at a value price.

This is just what I needed to process my 1099s this year. The only thing missing were envelopes in this package but I already had some from previous years. Everything lined up perfectly in the boxes.

Forms came shrink wrapped and not in the original packaging. The packaging was poor quality as some of the forms were crinkled. It seems like these were bought in bulk and then repackaged to sell in quantities of 25. The forms and envelopes were not stacked straight in the package. There were even a couple forms that folded around to the back of the stack. I had trouble feeding some through my printer. I'll be more careful when buying next year, that I get direct from the manufacturer.

Am pleased with these forms. They are comprehensive and efficient. They are designed to perform as stated. Would purchase again and again.
