Versatile gohchujang
Fantastic taste. Great value. Today I made a gohchujang glaze and used it to make the best wings I've ever tasted ! Yesterday I used it to marinate pork chops.

A First Timer to Gochujang Paste
Gochujang, Hot Red Chili Positively Bonified Korean product as every word on the container reads in Korean alphabetics. A wonderfully Spicy flavor is a best description. I've plans on trying it on everything except breakfast cereal. This particular brand paste I'm sure is thick enough to stick to the ceiling. As thick as a name brand tomato paste.

I love this gochujang because it's gluten free. I can make all my favorite Korean dishes and not have to worry about issues gluten causes. I don't find this to be spicy, but I can tolerate most spicy food.
