Insomnia Cure!
Literally cured my insomnia! I Used this every morning for about 2 weeks then reduced it to 2-3 times a week (30 min sessions). Very important though, I also integrated using amber lense (blue light blocking glasses) at night everyday. This combo legit helped me overcome years of insomnia!

Highly effective at combating winter blues
This light has definitely improved my mood during the winter doldrums. Living in an area where the winters are long and dark, the lack of light really becomes apparent. I have this small light set up on my counter and I turn I on while I cook dinner and wash dishes. Gives me a nice dose of light for a couple hrs a day. It's very bright, so watch your eyes. I also have the Lumie solar blowup lanterns and they are awesome too.

Too bright for me
This light is super bright. The instructions that came with it said not to use it if you've had eye surgery, which I've had. So I returned it. IMO that info should be on the product's Amazon page.
