Would this make a good replacement for a soundbar?

It depends on the sound you are trying to achieve. For instance many of the Klipsch Soundbars provide a surround sound effect whereas Klipsch The Fives do not. However, The Fives will provide a bigger soundstage for both music and TV/movies due to their size. In short, The Fives are an alternative to soundbars because of the HDMI eArc input that can connect to the back of your tv with the included HDMI cable.

What's the sensitivity rating?

Since you will not be powering the Klipsch Fives, they are Self-Powered, the amps are in the speaker box, w/amplication watts divided appropriately between the Woofer and Tweeter. The actual Sensitivity is sort of superfluous. Although the 'Max. Volume' is listed as 109 dB (1M Stereo Pair). Pretty much ALL Klipsch speakers are 99db or above. Very little power will drive them, and they will be loud even with low power amplification if you turn the volume up.

What about ohms? Most recievers have ohm requirements dont they?

"The Fives" speaker pair doesn't use any separate receiver/amplifier. The amp is inside the speaker (in the same way as a soundbar) so you don't have to be concerned about ohms. Also, cables for all connections are provided in the box with the speakers, except if you are going to add a subwoofer then you will need to provide the cable for that. One of the 2 speakers has a jack labeled "sub out". You can set the crossover frequency within a certain range with a knob on the back of the speaker. I added a sub, and it really frees the pair to work more on the highs and mids. Someway it just knows if a sub is connected and reacts accordingly.

What subwoofer Bluetooth subwoofer is compatible and how many watts?
