1st 1 star review: Did not include instructions or any mounting hardware. Purchased it specifically to put up while snowed in this weekend and did not come with any of the required hardware to do it Edit: customer service reached out to make it right. I assume I was sent a returned package originally by mistake. Did not come in a box, just a bag with everything opened, no instructions or mounting hardware. They sent me a new package. This one was boxed with everything I needed and packaged properly! I couldn't be happier with this product! Always looking for ways to increase space in my garage and my wife's huge bike was always in the way of charging the car, now it's space saving and out the way! Took me about 20 minutes to install and this includes setting up my speaker, picking a great song to jam to and getting all my tools. A small drill bit, 11mm socket, pencil, level and screwdriver was all I needed! Strong secure mount that seems like great quality! Couldn't be more pleased!!!

Fantastic. Easy to install, and they make a big difference in floor space. Also, the ability to swivel lets you put them a little closer to each other than you could with traditional racks.

The quality of the materials is top-notch; it feels very sturdy and well-built, with no wobbling or signs of stress even after repeated use. It holds the bikes securely and evenly, and I’ve had no issues with slipping or shifting. It’s clearly designed with care and attention to detail, and it makes organizing the garage so much easier. I also appreciate that it works with a range of frame styles and tire sizes. The only thing I wish is that it held the bikes a bit tighter to the wall. They tend to stick out farther than I’d prefer, which takes up more space in the garage than ideal—especially in tighter setups. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if space is at a premium. All in all, it’s a high-quality, reliable solution for storing bikes, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it—just know it’s not the most low-profile option out there.

Easy to install and fully functional. Organizes the garage and gets the bikes out of the way. Our bikes weigh between 30 and 55 lbs, and the hooks hold them securely.
