Love my tens unit and the pads are the perfect size for shoulders. The adhesive wears out after time but that is to be expected. I replace and buy new pads every 2-3 months

Great product, but don't get a ton of uses out of the patches.
I love the patches and the tens unit, but they don't stick for more than a week or so of uses. Just wish the packages came with a higher count of patches.

Better pads
I love the unit and the different settings it offers. The pads only last a few uses. They still “work” but they become unstick to the skin and shock. Is there better replacement pads that are much stickier and last longer?

Only need them once a year
These replacement TENS unit pads work exactly how they should. Strong, even adhesion without being painfully sticky, and they stay in place throughout a full session — even on areas that move a lot like shoulders or lower back. The gel distributes stimulation evenly, and I didn’t notice any hot spots or uneven pulsing. They peel off cleanly without leaving residue, and if you store them properly on the plastic sheet, they maintain their stickiness well over multiple uses. For anyone using a TENS unit regularly for muscle tension, nerve pain, or joint issues, reliable pads make a huge difference — and these hold up.
