Very high quality, but also very hard to assemble.

great dresser, bad customer service
great dresser. the only reason this isn't 5 stars is because it's missing a piece and i'm not able to use one of the drawers. I've reached out twice to walker edison (per instructed) and providing all requested information, I've never received a response as to a resolution.

This dresser is better than I expected honestly. Putting it together is no joke, but it’s a beautiful solid piece of furniture that I think will end up being a family heirloom.

Parts missing and very poor customer service
I would give them a negative if I could. Walker Edison has absolutely awful customer service. I purchased this dresser and it was missing parts. They don’t have them and told me to have Amazon get the parts. Amazon does not have the parts and now I have a dresser with no handles and another part They did even offer to reimburse us for buying them.
