Seems Accurate
I’ve been wearing my Oura ring every day and night for a little over 3 months and it seems very accurate. I’m usually skeptical of wearable monitoring devices, but often try them nonetheless, so I use several different ones, along with non-wearable, more accurate monitors to compare reliability. The Oura seems to be spot on with my sleep, stress, and activity. It’s always detected my naps and routine “workout” activities (I created a label for my strenuous every day activities). Those are really the only stats I look at. Battery life is pretty good (mine usually needs charging nearly every 3-4 days). It’s very stylish and comfortable. I like the pulse ox and heart monitors as well. It works very well with the Apple Health app and integrates seamlessly. The Oura App is also very well designed and functions perfectly. I have not been very careful with my ring—I‘ve dropped it twice on a hard tile floor and I also wear it while working with power tools and while doing light construction/carpentry/craft work and it has held up exceptionally well. I also have worn it while washing my hands, but take it off during bathing/showering. When I first purchased it, I wore a silicone ring over it for protection, but it was too bulky. Overall, I am very happy with this tracker and would definitely recommend it. I love the sleep tracking with my Apple Watch, but sadly, it needs to be on the charging dock at night, so that feature is pretty useless for me. The Oura, however, is perfect.

Amazing!
I love this ring! I purchased a few other knock off, cheap brands to save money but ultimately returned them because the tracking was completely off. This ring does everything. It accurately tracks my sleep (can also detect sleep apnea), oxygen levels, steps, knows when I take a nap, when I truly go to bed, when I do housework, measures my stress levels, heart rate, and after a month, it calibrates your overall heart health score, chronotype, and resiliency. It also picks up when you are sick. I felt horrible one day and it picked up that my body was fighting something. That blew me away. It charges quickly (about an hour for full charge) and I think I can go 3 or 4 days on a charge. The app isn’t free but it tracks so much with accuracy that it’s worth the money. I paid for the year which was $69 but you could do monthly for around $5. This ring really is worth the investment if health tracking is import to you. I highly recommend and so glad I finally broke down and purchased. Don’t waste your money on other brands- they either don’t work or stop working after about few weeks.

Fashionable and provides fascinating health and fitness insights
I was really hesitant to purchase this product, mainly because of the high price point and the subscription based mobile app. While I do understand people's hesitation with the subscription model, I feel like the ring has helped me a lot in the short time I've had it. It seems to be surprisingly accurate in it's sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring and fitness tracking and I often compare it against my apple watch to see if it compiles similar data. When it comes to sleep, the Oura ring has helped me to develop routines that make for a good night's sleep and gives me valuable insight into my quality of sleep as well. I don't like wearing my apple watch to bed, nor while I am lounging around the house so the ring has been great to help me keep track of things like my steps, calories burned etc. and offers reminders to stand up and move around. The biggest drawback to this product for me has been the size, I have the largest size and it is slightly too small for me. I am a larger guy and the size 13 would fit better if it was ever so slightly larger but most of the time it isn't a problem... except for when I sleep. My fingers swell a little bit at night time, which leads to me waking up from discomfort cause by the Oura ring and I find myself switching it back and fourth between my index and ring finger throughout the night. I did wear the sizer for a full 24 hours as recommended but the actual ring feels very different from the 3D printed sizers. I am making it work due to the fantastic data it collects. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Was great for 100 days
I have a watch that I use to track many things during the day, and it does well with those things, but for tracking sleep, it wasn't very accurate. I developed curiosity to see what is happening with my sleep, so I bought this Oura ring. For the first 100 days, I would have rated it five stars. But, the ring became flaky, and it's data is now far too flakey. Now is give it maybe two stars, at best. But, their customer service people are pretty decent to work with. They just haven't been able to figure out what's gone wrong with my ring. It's now highly unreliable with sleep tracking. And now going through the rest of what it claims, has been... interesting. Before I explain, let me state clearly that I don't expect the ring and watch to match one another. But of one says my heart rate is at 50, while the other says it's at 150, and I manually check and it's at 57, one of those two is wildly wrong. HRV, I don't expect those to match. The watch has shown it as being 73 - 194ms, the entire day, with one instance of it dropping to 67. The Oura ring, otoh, has shown it in a range of below 20, up to about 40, with a couple of spikes up to about 60, all of it averaging out to 26ms. It's not that they differ from one another, it's that they differ radically. The Oura ring used to tell me that my cardio age was about 22 years younger than my physical age. Then I'm a matter of one night, it decided that my cardio age is only a couple of years younger than my physical age. So, supposedly, my cardiovascular system aged 20 years in one night, and remains stuck at that. But what about other signs of cardiovascular aging? No, it still puts my resting heart rate as down around 50, and my VO2max at 33 to 34. I won't go into all of the details, but there's been radical change in what the Oura ring reports. And the biggest issue for me is that it no longer performed well with sleep tracking. I can't just go out and buy a new one. And I don't know if the ring has developed an actual physical problem, or if a software update at some point started throwing everything way off. But, it's pretty much useless to me at this point. It was awesome for the first hundred or so days. But that's way too much money for something that performs well for 100 or so days, and then just goes off the rails. No, I can't use the watch for sleep tracking. It now outperforms the ring, in terms of determining when I'm asleep or awake, but it doesn't do so well with distinguishing which type of sleep. But keep in mind, I didn't buy the watch for tracking sleep. Whereas I bought the Oura ring specifically for tracking sleep. And I've got to say, for that first hundred or so days, I was amazed by how well the Oura ring performed with tracking my sleep. There *are* some aspects of the ring that are still functioning, so I haven't removed it yet. But for the function I bought it for, it's now useless.

Exceptional Tool for Health Insights
I had no idea how fabulous this tool was! I am thrilled with my purchase of this Oura 3 Heritage ring. It has provided invaluable insights into my health patterns. (I’ve had it for exactly one week now.) I had been concerned about sleep efficiency especially since apnea runs in my family. The amount of information it provides is exceptional: time asleep, breathing and oxygen levels, if there are any interruptions in breath - they would be noted and if there are none, that is also clear…. heart rate + variability, and so much more. All without having to wear a bulky watch! I still use my watch to track workouts but I am now just using my Oura app to see it all (they communicate so it uploads effortlessly). I had one night when I didn’t sleep much or well (it was hot + I had a lot on my mind) and it said to take it easy the next day. Just the validation of one’s sleep deprivation is cool! So many of us just push on through. This little app actually supports healthy choices such as resting on a day proceeding poor sleep. One of my favorite features is that you can put it on airplane mode at night while it still collects data. You just put it on your charging base upon wake up to shut off airplane mode/link your sleep data to the app. I have a cover on my ring too since I’d read about how easily it scratches. However, I may take it off as I’ve seen my friends rings and the more it scratches, the prettier it is! It patinas well. It actually looks better a few years old/scratched than brand new as the “gold” looks very bronze/fake. Very happy with my ring!

Garmin Watch Use is Very Disappointed
I ordered my ring on the Oura website two weeks prior to ordering it on Amazon. They say the wait on the website is three+ weeks, which is outrageous, when you can order it on Amazon and get it within a few days. Oura took everybody's money who ordered it on their website and put it towards to stocking Amazon orders, so this is a major major customer consideration issue. I have a Garmin Forerunner 245 and learned that my watch does everything that the ring does and all the metrics were identical aside from the temperature tracking. This temperature tracking is the main reason I got this so that I wouldn't have to take my actual temperature with a thermometer each morning for my BBT tracking. After using the ring I learned that the app only gives you +/- metrics instead of giving me my actual temperature. The only way to receive your actual temperature is by also paying for a subscription to Natural Cycles. I found paying for two subscriptions was outrageous... and I was fed up with this, the wait that Oura made me experience, and the constant no communication from Oura when I asked where my products were so I returned my ring. I am highly disappointed in this whole situation because I love the idea of the ring but the usability for tracking your Basal Body Temperature like the market does NOT live up to what they say. Highly disappointed and sad that Oura is prioritizing money. Also if you didn't know, the Oura Generation 3 is the only one you have to pay for a subscription with, the Oura Generation 2 and below you didn't. So they only recently instated their subscription model and I hope they get of it, if they get rid of it I am happy to get this ring again because I loved wearing it and how it looked. Oura please stop prioritizing money or a happy customer base.

Great if you want to understand your health better
I got this for my husband. We both really enjoy our rings. The good part about his is that it connects to his glucose monitor. So we are able to check that and all of his Oura scores in one app. The fit is great and the battery life isn’t too bad. I am eventually going to upgrade to the new generation with hopefully a better battery life. But truly, I don’t have many complaints about this at all. It is a little large, but it is also a device that you were on your finger so I mean you kind of have to understand that part. It was a really easy to install the app and get to understand how to use it. It has been dropped a few times and there has been no damage to it. He has the black one and I have the gold one and they are both so nice.

I like it better than the Apple Watch
I love the color while it’s not 100% scratch resistant. It does look good on your hand. You can’t see the scratches from far away. The qualities is great. It is a little thick, my friends call it a lug nut on my hand. But I do like all the information I get from the ring itself. Battery life is great you do have to pay a $6 membership for the ring if you want to use the app.

Excelente anillo inteligente Oura ring

READ BEFORE CHOOSING SIZE
Watch out when selecting size! you recieve the size that is in the title. NOT THE SIZE YOU SELECT.
