I am absolutely thrilled with the Vilon Ceiling or Wall Mount Curtain Rod Brackets. These are not your flimsy, standard-issue hardware—they are an elegant, robust solution for almost any curtain hanging challenge. Versatility is Key The dual functionality as both a Ceiling Mount and a Wall Mount is what initially drew me in, and it delivered perfectly. I used them for a dramatic, floor-to-ceiling drapery look in my living room (mounting them to the ceiling), and the result is stunning—it makes the room feel instantly taller and more luxurious. They provided that clean, professional look I couldn't get with standard wall brackets. Rock-Solid Strength I have heavy, lined blackout curtains, and the construction of these Vilon brackets is exceptionally sturdy. There is zero sign of sag or strain, even when the curtains are fully open or being aggressively pulled. The mounting base is solid, and the rod cup holds the rod firmly in place. Installation was straightforward, and they came with all the necessary, high-quality hardware. Elegant and Discreet Design The design is simple, clean, and unobtrusive. The finish (I chose [Insert color if you have one, e.g., Matte Black/Brushed Nickel]) is beautiful and blends seamlessly with my rod and finials. They provide all the support without stealing the focus from the curtains themselves. I hesitated to get these curtain brackets but I had misplaced the original brackets from an IVILON warm gold curtain rod in a recent move, so I needed new brackets. I am always nervous when dealing with screws and other hardware. But trust me when I say the process was smooth. Not only are these brackets beautiful and high quality, they are definitely worth the price. I was able to mount them without a power drill. They look beautiful either way my warm gold airline curtain rod (84 inches long). I hung heavy velvet blackout curtains on the rod with these brackets, and they are holding up beautifully. Sturdy, strong, and beautiful to look at. I wish I could replace all my other brackets with these! IVILON even included the tools for assembling the bracket. This was a pleasant and smooth experience.

These are beautiful heavy duty curtain brackets that pair perfectly with the Ivilon curtain rods. They look great and hold up my heavy velvet curtains well! They are the perfect size and keep the curtains just far enough from the windows so that if I wanted to, I could add a second rod for sheers. If anyone does that anymore. They are worth every penny and function perfectly. I got them in the warm gold color and they’re very elegant looking. I used four brackets for a 120 inch span. Pardon the unsteamed draperies and the first pen mark made, but they show how you install the base of the bracket first with three screws each. For these, you should ensure that your rods are perfectly level, and then pre-hang your back tab curtains or your drapery rings with enough for each section on the rods before you hang them. The rods have to be installed by sliding into the brackets rather than dropping into them. It’s a two person job once the brackets are installed, especially if you have a large span of windows, but if you’re getting these your draperies will likely be heavier anyway. Will buy again for future installs.

These are a great upgrade over the basic brackets that are included with our matching Ivilon curtain rods. We used these brackets in the bedroom as an upgrade to go with our pinch pleat curtains, but when we decided to reorder the rods for a second room we omitted the fancier brackets. The rods still look good as installed, but I have a feeling we will be replacing the brackets with these sometime in the future. As other reviewers mentioned - make sure you follow the directions when installing these to avoid damaging the finish on the curtain rod. The 1” rods we used have to be threaded in from the side of the 2 brackets for each window, then you twist the finials on the ends of the rods. When we installed them, one person was on a ladder at the window with the parts from the inside of the bracket, measuring and mounting the inner peg to the wall. A second person (me) was across the room assembling the curtain rod system as a set, so that we could minimize how much the finished metal parts rubbed against each other. We installed these at 10 windows using the process below, and it went very smoothly. Assembly process for our curtains: Lay out all parts on the floor on a soft surface. Count out how many rings you’ll need for the curtains you’re hanging - we had pinch pleated panels with 7 folds + the inside/outside edges, and 2 curtain panels per rod, so that’s 18 rings total for each rod. We left one ring on the fixed position outside the bracket to help keep the curtains in blackout-position. Open the set screws on every bracket fully before you start to avoid accidental scraping damage. I assembled each window as a complete set using this formula = (1) take 1 rod of correct length, (2) slide the rod from the side into the finished half of one bracket, leaving approx 2” of rod visible, (3) add a single ring between the bracket and the short end, (4) twist a finial on the short end of the rod to close it, (5) add remaining rings, reserving one, to the middle of the rod, (6) thread second bracket from opposite side, matching 2” offset, (7) add final curtain ring, (8) twist on final finial. Then the whole assembled system can be lifted and slotted onto the peg-part of the bracket, now affixed to the wall, as a whole. Finally, tighten the set screws before hanging the curtain panels.

These are really nice high quality brackets. Taking a star off because 2 of the packages I received were opened, missing instructions, and damaged from prior use.

LOVE these. They look so elevated and chic! REMEMBER YOU NEED TO SLIDE THE ROD IN FROM THE SIDE! THEY ARE THE RIGHT SIZE! :] They are very easy to install. I am so pleased and highly recommend these! Just read the little instructions that come with them, and you will be fine! (Also highly recommend the Ivilon curtain rods to go with them)
