I was very apprehensive about ordering chocolate this time of year. Chocolate needs to be kept cool, but this order was sent very well packaged. Amazon took great care to make sure the box had extra insulation to keep it cool. Thank you Amazon. As always Ghirardelli has the best tasting chocolate on the planet.

This is good 100% chocolate

I make my own pudding and don’t like a lot of sugar so I get to control the amt of sugar in my pudding.I make 4 small dishes 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate.I break up a small square of the ghiradelli into each dish I’m making chocolate pudding. Then on the stove I heat a hot milk mixture with 1/4 cup non gmo cornstarch, less then a quarter cup of raw sugar, and a egg yolk that I mix separately with the hot milk and then add to the pudding mixture. I stir till thickened.In the 2 vanilla dishes I put a cookie,or some crumbled homemade banana bread on the bottom. In the chocolate I mix my Ghiradelli chocolate with the hot pudding. Of course you can make all four chocolate. Then I’d add 4 squares to the pudding mixture.They make a healthy snack, only ingredients, milk, egg, non gmo cornstarch and small amt of sugar!All natural, and no ingredients I can’t pronounce the name of! 😂. Hope you try and enjoy!If you have a sweet tooth you may want to adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
