This cable is well-made, durable and lasts a long time. It will dependably charge and sync your Iphone to a computer. On a mac after a few months of use, I got a few error messages relating to medical information / health) sync. This probably because of a MacO trying to say the cable is not MFA certified ( which is true) it still works but you have to close pop up messages

1. this product worked perfectly for 7 days... then kaput... suddenly it stopped working. Checked it with alternate iphone, alternate charging units.. no use... DEAD. Product life -- 7 days. 2. You want to get to company, big rigmarole, no direct return of defective product to Amazon
