Seasoned Salt, 3.8 oz (Pack of 1)

I am a huge fan and proponent of seasoned salt. I use it to complement the flavor of most of my dishes. It is a very versatile and delicious seasoning for meat, vegetables, poultry, or potatoes - just about anything. This product, at under a dollar, is a real value. It has good scent, flavor, and freshness which enhances the flavor of my recipes. I am very impressed with the quality and value this product brings!

I guess I didn't know the difference between Seasoning Salt and "Seasoned" Salt?!! THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLE! So, I had a challenge, I am a regular user of Seasoning Salt. And when a major chain in the US shut down, I could no longer get the one I had been using and enjoying for years. What to do? Well, I have tried every type on the market, without success in finding a replacement for my lost favorite. Ask me why I never thought about trying Amazon's brand?...good question! So I was about to check out for other grocery items the other day, and then they offered some last-minute finds... lo and behold... there it was: "Seasoned Salt"? Hmm, for the price, I can't go wrong if it tastes mediocre. SO it arrives.....I am out of Seasoning Salt at the time....I am having just Mac & Cheese with some chicken. Sprinkle a little on...... OMG - I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!! I could have bought this all along!!!!! The variety of seasoning in their blend is so good. I can only compare it to your favorite song playing on a killer sound system! It flavors beyond what you could possibly imagine a dish could taste like! Made my Mac & Cheese...which I was just eating to put in my stomach before heading out....taste ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I like chicken, but this made my heated-up-in-the-microwave chicken taste like it just came out of a restaurant kitchen! WHAT is in this stuff??? I am hooked!!! So I have also used it on many foods now, including just bread....and I cannot believe the incredible taste!?! The only thing I can see as a drawback...it is a bit coarser than regular salt. So, I haven't tried putting it in a shaker yet, though it seems like it may need larger holes if I do. Sodium content seems reasonable: For me, using it absolutely everything right now, it does not seem to be that high, surprisingly. I do not know how a salt could be durable, except that I have tried numerous other seasoning salts, and many, after you shake them on, the taste disappears!?! So this one, the taste stays the same all the way through to the end of your dish. So I would rate it 5 stars in the durability of taste! And the container it comes in seems durable, too. HANDS DOWN THIS IS A WINNER!!!! Amazon could charge 5 times as much, and I would still buy this. Thank you, Amazon, for suggesting it when I was checking out.

I don't know how Amazon does it but once again I purchased an Amazon product that I like more than the national brands. This seasoned salt has fantastic flavor. The first thing I did was to just taste it by itself and my taste buds said Wow. Just try it.

I bought this thinking it would taste like Lawry's Seasoned Salt. It doesn't. I don't think it tastes bad, just not what I'd expected. The strongest flavor which comes across, at least for me, is the taste of celery. Which was unexpected. Upon re-checking the ingredients, celery is actually listed, although not as the first or primary ingredient. However, I've since grown accustomed to the different taste. I this found seasoning while searching for seasoned salt without sugar (Lawry's has sugar). For the price point (under a dollar) with free Prime shipping, it's defiantly worth buying.

This seasoned salt is the basic seasoned salt with the exception of the money savings over the other large department/grocery store. I'm all about saving money, so not only did I do that by ordering from Amazon, I also saved money on gas by them delivering to my doorstep! (And any impulse buys I would have indulged in!) It is flavorful, has a nice aroma and pleasantly appealing visually. The bottle holds 3.8 oz and includes salt, dried onion and garlic, celery seed and paprika, along with an agent that prevents caking. This is a pantry staple if you do any cooking at all! Or, for those on a low sodium diet, leave it out and other family members or friends can sprinkle on what they need after food is plated up. It's handy and versatile, seasoning everything from eggs to veggies to meats and whatever else your heart desires to spice up! It isn't overpowering unless you put too much on, and the blend is very pleasing! I don't know of anyone who hasn't tried it, so you might as well just put this on your list for your next order and keep it on hand!
