Worst machine ever. Within a year I had so many issues with it. Also, the team in india is in andra pradesh and are terrible at repairing the machine. I sent them and they keep it for a month and send it back with more issues. The machine is not worth it at all.

Sub standard product and no service available . If i could give zero rating , i would give that. Weak motor and moping leaves marks on flour. Useless product

I bought two of these robot vacuum cleaners - one for myself and one for my parents, and initially they were great, not amazing but did the job and the company resolved any minor issues we had. Fast forward to around the 18month mark and it stopped working as well as it had done - poor suction, loud noise from the internal motor and in my parents case stopped completely. My vacuum was a work horse in a busy house so I could understand things going wrong with it but my parents used theirs once a week so it is highly suspect that they had similar issues with theirs at the same time. I contacted Laresar and they were initially very responsive to my emails and engaged back and forth to troubleshoot, promised me replacement parts had been shipped and pretended to check tracking etc - what I did not realise is that they were keeping me engaged trying different things until the warranty on both ran out. When this happened they completely stopped replying to me and have not engaged since, no reply to direct or indirect messages and Amazon can't do anything as both are outside the warranty. So moral of the story, buyer beware.

I've had this vacuum for about a year and 8 months now, and I recommend it to everyone who comes to my house. I find it to be really easy to use and very thorough. I use it a lot and it's hugely cut down on the amount of time I need to spend cleaning the house. I really like to set it to clean the entire downstairs right as I'm leaving the house, so that when I come back it's all clean. The battery life is absolutely great for me, and I got lots of spare parts. The only issues I've found have been if the vacuum gets tangled in a cable or something fabric on the ground. I've been able to solve that problem by setting areas of the map that the vacuum should avoid (underneath cabinets where there are wires) and picking up the bottoms on curtains before a clean. I'm attaching a photo of the app to show how much I've actually used the vacuum before leaving a review.

I am pleasantly amazed at the outcome of this purchase. It has now changed the way a clean going forward. Definitely will save time and energy in cleaning my floors. The suction ability on the highest speed is very good and will remove large debris. It cleans wonderfully and is very easy to operate. I started using it right out the box (without reading in details much of the manual). There is an info-graphic chart that comes with it that allow you to start using this product immediately with limited reading. (be sure to read the manual however) I like the look and feel of this product, from packaging to design it seems very high in quality and presentation and it works just as well. I used it to clean an entire room as an initial test. Used the magnetic strip to prevent it from going down the steps, closed the door behind me and left it to work. after a few mins a checked and the room was very clean. under the bed and those hard to reach places where it could fit. (note this was a room I dont really use so it was very dusty) Emptying the bin was very easy, and requires no tools. just open the top lid, lift the handle and pull out the bin then empty it and replace. in a matter of seconds. A then just clean all the other rooms and sections of the house whilst I did other things making sure to remove any cords or strings lying around that could get tangled in the suction under the bottom. and before long the entire house was clean. I am satisfied it surpassed my expectations.

Absolute rubbish, promised the world when I purchased. Like others mention it broke after 18 months, supposedly with a 2 year warranty they replied and told me to press the reset button which does nothing. I have been emailing for the last six weeks and no reply, about to try and get a chargeback through section 75 on my card. I see they no longer sell this one now the reviews have turned bad. I feel like this is a scam company bringing out new models that get decent reviews at first so more people buy
