Used it a few times and found no issues so far. Obviously it's important to use rinse aid, solts and good washing tablets. It does comunicate using WiFi using the app HON

Do not buy this’s dishwasher
Do not buy this dishwasher it broke down and we’ve been unable to get it repaired. It’s only a year old £459 for one years dishwasher really expensive. I’ve tried to contact the manufacturers without success. Big thank you to Amazon they have been amazing . Given me tremendous support to resolve the problem .Thank you .

Very quiet and love the cutlery tray at the top, easy to use, worth a little extra, definitely recommend.

Disappointed
Bought in January 2025, by October 2025 the dishwasher stopped working with an error code saying leak. Wouldn’t turn off unless I unplugged from mains. This mean’t as it was in built I had to unscrew everything to get to socket behind. Pump just constantly ran even if turned off. My previous NEFF dishwasher ran for 17 years and never went wrong. Disappointed.

Broke after 7 months and Hoover could not fix it.
Broke after 7 months and Hoover sent engineer who identified the problem and ordered the part. Many weeks later I complained that nothing was happening and eventually they told me to go back to amazon as they couldn't fix it. I've been battling with Amazon who have now said they will refund me - which is great but no thanks to Hoover who sent a poor product and totally failed to fix it although it was well within its warranty period.

Terrible quality item and very poor warranty response from Hoover... I bought a brand new one which arrived with missing parts so Amazon gave me a refund in the end after I waited 3 months for Hoover to send me the missing parts which never arrived. Amazon customer service good but process was lengthy to get the return approved eventually and a full refund given so I could buy a Bosh instead!

Poorly thought out design
Probably the worst dishwasher that we've owned. Standard sized plates don't fit in the lower drawer without fouling the spinner and, while they can be made to fit in the upper drawer they don't get cleaned properly there and often need to be washed again by hand. Everything comes out soaking wet, unlike the cheaper Beko that we had previously. Fiddly control panel, WiFi works but not really required.
