Very satisfied with the purchased phone. Very good quality, and the phone was like new (a minor scratch in one of the sides and that’s it). Very good battery life as well. Phone works fine, also the cameras. The charger cable was not a good one, recommend to buy a decent replacement in order to have the faster charge. But the phone itself is like brand new

Bought a I phone 15 Pro Max from this seller, got it on 13 of march, the first week the battery went down from 95% to 92% just in a few days! After 5 days after, went down to 90%! Now is 89%!!! The battery is overheating when charging!!! The back panel, swelled after charging and the battery was about to explode!!! Weird charger as well! Well, is very hard for me to send the phone back, because was a present and the person live in far away country! Nothing I can do! But for future buyers, don't buy from here! And the response from them??? No sense at all! The question was: If, I charge the phone over the night??? and that is the reason the phone was damaged! Wow!!! WTF? The phone was fine at the first look but...that"s it, only the first look! Damage 100 %!

I phone is like new in excellent condition with the battery maximum capacity of 92%.

'Excellent' Phone Bought - The phone is perfect so far 1 day in no scratches, battery seems solid it charged up to 100%. So far the phone cannot be faulted one bit. However customer service could be improved slightly to make this excellent. Two things which could do with big improvements: 1.Delivery DPD notified they would delivery so I moved multiple appointments to be home, they notified they 'tried to deliver' whilst i was at home waiting however did not, and said they would try again the next day. Very frustrating and not a trustworthy service. A delivery driver the next day delievered an hour after time slot but the phone did arrive 2.Packaging Packaging seemed flimsy and not 100% waterproof - for a 500+ phone would expect slightly better packaging as per all amazon products.

The phone's storage is impressive. I was very pleased to see an iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB. However, when the phone arrived, I was disappointed. It came in the box without any bubble wrap or paper to prevent it from moving around. The screen was turned on, and a warranty sticker was placed on it. The phone had fingerprints all over it, and the microphone and speaker were dirty, with no effort made to clean them before sending. There were scratches and areas where the paint had worn off. I don’t believe it is in excellent condition at all; more like good, I would say. The camera lenses were dirty, and the main reason I returned the phone was because the battery life was at 85%. I cleaned the phone before sending it back. I wish the battery had been at least 90%, then I might have considered keeping it.

El teléfono llegó en perfecto estado, pero pasado un mes y unos días se me puso la pantalla ver totalmente contacte contacté con la atención a cliente de Amazon que me costó baste y me indicaron que me tenía que poner en contacto con el vendedor, mediante la Apple de Amazon lo hice y el verdadero muy atento estuvo todo el tiempo dándome las indicaciones para que le hiciera llegar el teléfono estropeado, en cuanto llegó el teléfono al taller del fabricante me enviaron una en sustitución que podría decir que mejor que el anterior la batería de este está en un 89% de vida actualmente funciona bien lo malo ha sido la incomodidad de volver a instalar todo otra vez pero por el precio lo recomiendo la cámara es una pasada y la batería me dura como 2 días con un uso normal de una persona que trabaja yo estoy contenta con el teléfono y con la atención del vendedor
