Nice light
This light is better than the other one I bought, it has a nice aluminum body lamp head with a useful handle. The charging ports have a nice label with the ratings listed. I have not let the light sit overnight on the battery, and just assume the electronics it takes to convert 18volts down to the 5volt USB would use power.

Pure junk
This light failed the second time I used it. It also goes dim quickly the couple of times it did come on Pure junk.

Perfect cheap work light for Makita batteries.
I needed a portable work light that took a Makita battery and this fit the bill. It works great at the physical switch prevents "standby battery drain." My only two "gripes" are the batteries fit a bit loose, so when carrying it around by the handle it rattles a bit, and the angle adjustment is a bit fiddly. It doesn't stay at a specific tension as it's just a threaded stud with a nut that provides the tension. Moving the light part forward and back a few things loosens the tension a bit which can be annoying. Regardless, it functions as it should and is extremely bright.

Too bright as is for general work lighting
Seems to have decent runtime for how blindingly bright it is on low. Could use 2 more settings, 1 half and 1 quarter the low lumens The attachment between the light and battery port seems little flimsy, otherwise durable build. Crappy hanger design. Changing lamp angle requires 2 wrenches and some care, a lot of force near the flimsiest part. Should get a camed wingnut and have the bolt head set into a hold so it can be adjusted with one hand and no tools. It's Could use a lampshade maybe? Like a shower cap? Diffuse the brightness and make it more ambient
