I cannot seem to find an ingredient list.  Is there corn syrup in this product?

I don't know about the caramel sauce but I have the white chocolate sauce and it contains corn syrup. I would think they would all contain it.

ingredients: sugar, condensed nonfat milk, sweetened condensed nonfat milk (nonfat milk, sugar), coconut oil, high fructose corn syrup, cocoa butter, natural flavor, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate (e202), monoglycerides (e471).

Does this product need to be refrigerated or do we leave it on the counter?

says it is shelf stable for 30 days.   It takes me 3-4 months to use it all,  and I have not refrigerated it.  I have looked carefully, and have never seen, smelled, or tasted any problems.   Other brands with similar ingredients do not require refrigeration.   I would imagine that it would be difficult to pump if it was 38 degrees.

Everyone is concerned and frankly paranoid about the shelf life!  The expiration is really a "Best Buy" date that the manufacturer uses.  I also heard about that on the Today Show for a bunch of other products.  This is what I learned about it on the website "Stilltasty.com" read it and unbunch your britches.  LOL:

How long does white chocolate last? The precise answer depends to a large extent on storage conditions - store white chocolate in a cool, dry area.
To maximize the shelf life of white chocolate, store at a room temperature between 60°F -75°F and keep white chocolate tightly wrapped after opening.
