It's like my body has been craving this... I will wake up and eat 3 boiled eggs with this salt on top of it... and it tastes great. Ever notice how they tell you salt is bad for you... but the first thing they do when you get to a hospital is connect you to a salt water IV?

Much cheaper than shop bought rehydration mixtures, and no artificial flavours and sweeteners.
The product is as described. I am using it to make rehydration mixtures as well as using it on food in the usual way. The crystals are coarse and retain more moisture than standard salt and it can't go in a shaker, but that as I expected. I do feel better for the rehydration during the very hot weather. Yes, I recommend it.
