I use this as multipurpose pan. Excellent for making hot dog buns ( won't be as good as the hot dog bun pan from USA pan) , rectangular Foccacia, or cookies. Just use your imagination. Expensive but worth it. Take proper care in mild washing and immediately wipe dry and will last for decades and still look BEAUTIFUL:)

I love this pan! The size and weight are perfect and the capacity for baking biscotti is a game changer! It is sturdy and is so easy to clean. After several uses the pan is still like new and doesn't have that stickiness that sometimes develops with age. I have several of the USA Bakeware pans and I can say they are a very good value and I highly recommend them!

Another great USA baking pan. Realized after using it and cookie sheet or roll pan would have worked just as well. King Arthur’s Vanilla Biscotti is my go to recipe using 2 cups of flour this pan is perfect for the entire recipe. No need to split the dough in half. Hand wash, towel dry and pop it into the oven for 20 minutes at 200 to ensure all corners and seams are completely dry. Avoids potential rusting and will last for generations. Update: their cookie sheet works better. Have returned.
