Absolutely worth the money
I’ve been using the eufy L60 Hybrid Robot Vacuum with the self-emptying station for over a year now, and it has made a noticeable difference to keeping my home clean with minimal effort. The standout feature for me is the self-emptying station. Not having to empty the dustbin after every cleaning session makes the whole experience much more hands-off and convenient. I can schedule cleaning runs and largely leave it to get on with the job, which is a real time saver. The vacuum itself does a good job of picking up everyday dust, dirt, and pet hair, and I’ve found it navigates around furniture and obstacles reasonably well. The hybrid vacuum and mopping functionality is also useful for maintaining hard floors between deeper cleans. While I still do a more thorough clean occasionally, it helps keep floors looking tidy throughout the week. The app is straightforward to use and makes it easy to schedule cleaning sessions, monitor progress, and adjust settings. I also appreciate being able to start a clean remotely when needed. In terms of drawbacks, the mopping function is best suited to light maintenance cleaning rather than tackling stubborn stains or heavily soiled floors. Like most robot vacuums, it can occasionally get caught on cables or small objects if they’re left on the floor, so a bit of preparation beforehand helps it perform at its best. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the eufy L60 Hybrid. The self-emptying station adds a level of convenience that makes it feel much more automated, and it does a reliable job of keeping on top of day-to-day cleaning. Pros - Self-emptying station significantly reduces maintenance. - Good suction for everyday dust, dirt, and pet hair. - Convenient scheduling and control through the app. - Hybrid vacuum and mop functionality. - Helps keep floors clean between deeper cleans. - Saves time on routine household cleaning. Cons - Mopping function is best for light cleaning rather than deep scrubbing. - Can occasionally get caught on cables or small objects. - Still requires occasional manual cleaning for corners and edges. - Higher upfront cost compared to standard robot vacuums.

Unbelievable results for price
We purchased this as a replacement for 7.5 year old Dyson Eye as we couldn'tget replacement battery. The price difference is huge, so we were a little concerned that the Eufy could function anywhere near as well as the (costly) Eye. We've had it for about a month now, and we're very impressed. We have bamboo flooring so suction not an issue. We easily removed the mop so that the mopping function switched off. We don't wear shoes in house, and like to wash floors with specialised cleaning solution. The vacuuming pattern is very efficient; perimeter of room done first, then back and forth across remainder. Goes around pets, or other objects. The app is brilliant. Initially mapping house is much easier than I had imagined. The device scoots into each room, does a bit of a twirl, scans, then produces room layout. It's quite something to watch. You can then name each room, and add No-go Zones (excellent for things like dog biwl area and kitchen bar stools, etc.). You can apply a range of settings for each room, or just let it go. You can also choose which rooms you want cleaned. Cleaning seems to take place in the order selected. Depending on settings, the device pops back to its base station and de-tangles and empties its bin. This is a very noisy process. And finally, unlike the old Eye, this machine gets right into edges with the spinning brush. Brilliant 👏

Great vacuum, terrible app.
I have developed a love-hate relationship with my Eufy L60. On the one hand it is an amazing device, the vacuum is great at keeping floors clean without having to drag a vacuum round yourself. It gets into lots of tight spaces that are difficult with a normal vacuum (e.g. under sofas and cabinets). The mop head is great for giving relatively clean floors a once over. The mop head does have some design floors; when it sits at the base station, the wet mop head can leak water which isn’t great for the longevity of the hair cutter (after 12months I needed to strip the assembly to resolve a corrosion issue). As a result I remove the mop head after use to avoid this happening again. So why 1 star? The app. It’s terrible. At first it seemed great, but Eufy have slowly destroyed it. It regularly forgets I own a device, never remembers the maps, won’t save changes to configurations, and constantly has connectivity issues. Based on the app experience (on IOS) I wouldn’t touch this system with a barge pole (yes it’s that bad!). I’ve resorted to favouring my trusty upright vac as I just don’t want to face the app issues when trying to get the thing to work. An app should be seen as a core feature; if it’s not fit for purpose your shouldn’t sell the end product. If it were a physical feature, it would be recalled and unlisted.

Decent but not perfect
Once you understand how to use it, it's very good. I found that putting the cleaning sequence to 2 allows it to hover the room both horizontally and vertically with an impressive result. 1 star down because the app is not very intuitive to get to this setting straight away, the battery life is poor and once you change the original roller, the amount of times it gets stuck with hair/pet fur won't allow you to just leave it to do the job and forget about it, you need to be near by to "help" it.

Amazing
This is my third robot hoover. I have a large house. This one is by far my favourite. These hoovers are the best thing I’ve ever bought and save me so much time. I have 2 with mapping and one without. A robot hoover without the mapping is ok for a small room. The mapping ones are ace and the self emptying is a must! Dog hairs are no problem for this hoover, it even slices the hairs off the rolling brush itself which my other hoover do not do. Even during clean, it will go back to the station if it needs to and slice the hairs off the rolling brush then carry on with the clean. I would recommend buying extra clothes because I find it good to change them daily if being used on larger rooms. We now have less clutter on the floors to make way for the hoover which is a good thing. I’ve also found since using these hoovers that we all have less dog hair on our clothes. The dog is used to the hoovers. They aren’t too noisy. All round a really good buy. I will definitely be investing in another one of this same model as its by far the best out of the 3 I have.

Best christmas present ever
I've wanted one of these for a long time and I was so excited to order it as a late Christmas present to my self. It's absolutely brilliant! We have hard floors through the downstairs of the house with rugs and doormats and 2 small dogs with white hair. We bring straw home in our boots from the horses and have muddy clothes and boots which we try to keep all in one place but it can get dirty. The eufy L60 SES deals with it brilliantly and takes itself back to its station, empties and cleans itself! It'll mop but I'm finding I don't need that as much with a daily hoover keeping onto of the dog hair, dust and straw. It's just brilliant. It's got good suction, it hasn't got stuck anywhere, it was easy to set up and the app is great. I have bought spare bags for the emptying station as I didn't realise it had a bag in there and I thought we'd fill the one that came with it really fast with the straw and bits but 2 weeks in and it's still not full.

Hybrid version not worth the extra
You may see that there's a hybrid version of this, which at the time of writing is only £99 more. You may think, why not get this and spend a little more because it includes a mop as well for hard surfaces. Well, let me tell you, it's an absolute waste of money. It is literally a clip-on piece of fabric that you put on at the back of the bin. It's really thin, and it can barely clean the floors. Before you can even use it, you have to get it wet under the tap every time which makes it pointless. If the tiles are slightly textured, and I mean slightly, the pressure is so light that it can't even touch the whole of the tile. It will not be able to put any pressure on to give it an actual clean, it’s just lightly dragging it across. To top it all off, the mop is permanently there if it's attached, which means if you've got some carpet and some hard floor, it drags the wet mop across your carpets. There's no way for it to pick it up or anything as it goes across the carpets. All in all, it feels like this was just an attempt to generate more revenue, because functionally, you could do better just sellotaping a mop head onto the back of it, to be perfectly honest with you. Also worth just calling out as a general comment, the robot itself in terms of vacuuming is relatively good. Battery life, it managed to clean a small apartment on medium settings using 88% battery usage. So it's all right, but I've definitely seen a lot better from other Hoovers. Also worth noting a few annoyances with it. When it gets to ten percent charge remaining, even if it's got a fraction left to clean on the map instead of just cleaning that then going back to charge, it will automatically go home once it hits ten percent and won't resume until it's back to one hundred percent, which can take a number of hours, which just seems a bit daft, if I'm honest with you (also means the last 10% is basically unusable power). Last but not least, just to call out that when it's on its home base and it's self emptying, it is very loud. So loud that unless you're sleeping far away from it, you would not want this cleaning at night or when someone is still sleeping. Because I mean, the Hoover itself is relatively quiet, but when it goes back to the space, the sound it makes, it's like turning on a powered Hoover at full blast. It's loud.

Amazing product but...
This hoover is great for the money, I can't seem to make it go full power unless I use the customised mode. Also, the mop is okay but I don't think it's very good, It looks like it just layers the water on top and cleans a bit, I also wish there was an automatic water refill at the station. Apart from that, this is a 5 star product for the money, it has been my best employee since I got it, cleans my house all the time and barely costs any electric.
