As above. I was taking vit e for a movement problem. Noted side effects. Looked into it. Switched to tocotrienols. Side effects settled within 2 weeks just great.

At 64 years old and under a huge amount of stress, travel, and sleep deprivation, my heart started having arrhythmia and POTS. I saw online that tocotrienols help strengthen the heart, so I started taking these as directed along with some B vitamins and vitamin D and my heart issues went away.
